Pretty amazing, wish hallways were a little more open. Clean, love the bedroom decks, office, the basement guest rooms. Mostly everything. Was designed nicely, the builder brought a lot to the table. The incredible views from each of the bedrooms, utilizing natural light.

08:37 I just love this mansion! It has absolutely everything I look for in a dream home! Briggs, I especially love the scripture in the beginning. This home had it all for me. The modern, contemporary, open architecture. The amazing kitchen, with a butlers pantry. I really love the pot filler in the kitchen and for the doggies, excellent touch!! This home had all the things you need for ultimate entertainment!! The home theater was great, but that bowling alley was epic!! I just love that. To me, that put this home over the top!! I love the pool table, I love playing pool! The outdoor area is a big kids dream come true. The outdoor views were so beautiful. What part of Utah is this? I really love Utah, it's so awesome. Have you ever seen Branden and Mindy Bingham's brand new home in Utah? I don't know the exact location. I follow them on TH-cam, "this is how we Bingham" their home looks very similar to this one. Except their home theater is huge!! They don't have a bowling alley!!! I really like this home more!!! Thank you so much for showing this fantastic home to all of us! I'm a brand new subscriber. I currently live in Honolulu, other wise known as the most highest cost of living in the country!!! Man, I wish I moved to Utah ten years ago... Oh well, I thank the Good Lord for every day!

This is a really nice home. I so love everything about it.
love your tours and filming style, Briggs. Anyhow, this home isnt my faves, but the primary bath is my fave so far with the shower setup. Thats exactly how it should be done. Yes those big open glass showers look great, but after one shower its all spotted, And no matter how hot you are, who wants to be on display showering all the parts and crevaces. or having your kid walk in and seeing you right there.
Def like this shower, big, hidden all tile, with a big window, but gives you discretion. Its perfect!

This may sound super nit-picky, but I wish the theatre was its own separate room. I can’t remotely afford something like this, but if I could, that would be a major turn off for me even though it’s minuscule.
I didn’t like the kitchen but the house overall won against the previous too many great things for the family to do! 😊 great job …..new sub indeed! God first

@@b3nb3n37 Actually just the opposite. The St George metro is consistently one of the fastest growing areas in the entire nation. Nearly 90% of St George growth comes from net migration. Utah as a whole is also one of the fastest growing states with high net migration. People are drawn to the beautiful outdoors and strong economy.

Hello Briggs, how come none of you show the two or ten car garages ever. Women do not buy most houses it is the guy. Also the six to ten bathrooms never have male urinals in the owners or guest bathroom. Urinals take about one to two pints of water to flush and a toilet take two to three gallons to flush. Most western states are having water problems. Most builders are male and it must be a sin to have room to put in urinals. House is great and thank you for showing it.
Why would most builders include a urinal only and make the bathroom just for men? Just sit down to pee. It gets less splash around the toilet and your feet. And there are low flush toilets.
This house would make a great Bed & Breakfast (not Air B&B)! You could pack so many guests in there in one night.

These bus homes don’t mean much, they are just money pits. I use to have a 4k square foot home but now I have a ranch 1900 square foot home on a full finished basement and I love it.
I'd keep the bowling alley and scrap the rest! The home has no soul. No character. It's lifeless.

Oh wow, I did not expect such a comment in the day and age!
I saw anouther video of the same home from a guy using an iPhone and holding a baby. He showed WAYYY more detail and the qaulity looked the same. I don’t know what book or TH-cam video you watched or read about how to shoot professional vids but your technique is lacking. People watching are designers looking for new ideas. We want to see you pan up to the ceilings and pan down to the floor. We want to see materials and textures up close. It’s very obvious you’re a realtor not a builder. You cut your videos as if your trying to sell the home and quickly spike interest the OPOSITE of how a builder or designer would produce a video
My videos are shot and edited as a professional presentation for a general audience. That is the style and quality that I like to present on my channel. I’m glad you were able to find a longer and less edited iPhone video of this house from the other guy and his baby. 😁 All the best!
