I just can’t comprehend how anyone can afford these beautiful homes. What kind of job do you have to get to have a house like this? I’m 38 and I doubt I’ll ever be able to own a home, let alone one like this. And I’m making an ok amount of money.
Several factors: interest rates (current rates make a mortgage payment almost double to what it would have been in 2929), rents in your area (when we moved to the Tampa area in 2020, it was much cheaper to buy than to rent. Much, much cheaper), what you're willing to sacrifice to save for the down-payment and to make the mortgage payment, Hang in there, it will happen for you.
When you showed the outside instantly I fell in love! The lawn and nature in the back full of trees is breathtaking. I want to have space for a little garden with my favorite flowers and roses. The backyard is spacious for outdoor furniture with a fire pit to lounge and relax… omg I have sooo many ideassss 😍 It’s bright with beautiful colors and designs. Definitely my taste and style of a home. My first home is going to beautiful.. just watch.
There's a problem with this layout that buyers won't realize till they start using the home (or see it in normal config). It has to do with the two car garage and courtyard driveway approach. The garage space closest to the home will be very, very difficult to access with a second car. There's no room to angle in, as it's right up against the front door entry and front of house. If you can get them to change the elevation to have the garage doors at the front, that solves the problem. But the way it's laid out is deceptive with all the landscaping, hiding what would be a huge concrete pad in front of the house if the courtyard entry was properly shown. I owned a house built like this and it was almost impossible to get two cars in that garage.
If you got a corner lot, or a bigger side yard, you could have the garage doors on the opposite side of the garage. It could be disguised to not be so dominant on the front of the house. This would effectively making the home look like it only has the one garage on the right wing and the appearance of a large flex space on the left.
Loved the Master Bath , still missing Dropzone and Bath at the Entry . After a long Drive , Guest‘s should have this option when visiting. Loved the Grey Theme of the House .
Another sweetful soothing tour of another home we wish to live in and keep forevers by Mr mcdreamy strawberry gorgeous man with the dreamy wonderous beard ❤❤❤
There definitely needs to be more patio space, either open on the outside of the windows or extended away from the house and the existing covered patio. Old school "Soft close" - buy a length of feft and glue some small circles onto the bottom or the tops of the cabinet doors and the drawers.
This is really a versatile plan if it were possible to change a few things. The single car garage could become a games room for the kids, a proper gym or craft room. If using the downstairs bedroom for a parent, it could be opened up as their private sitting room. I'm not a fan of voids. To me they are a waste of space and the home loses a cosy feeling. If the voids above the great room and foyer were made into upstairs space, there is room for another bedroom and games/seating area for the kids. I think the main garage needs to be opening to the front of the house for easier access and then that lovely landscaping could be a reality.
I like the house flow and design but the 3-car garage is a large space that you can't even put a car in. I'm confused. What's the point of saying 3-Car garage when you can't use it unless you destroy the front.
Always such beautiful homes. But why all the gold accents? We live in the 2020's, lets leave the 70's behind. Modern is better. I feel like these homes are trying to bring the 70's and 80's back with decor. Earth tones are in. If we are dealing with million dollar houses, I don't want to see antique decor. Perhaps a younger stager? I don't mean to be rude but I was distracted by the business.

Finally a home that gets closer to affordable, very nice
Pure elegance! That cupboard under the stairs, i would add a false wall towards the front , make it a coat closet with a safe room behind.
Jesus loves you
Jesus loves you
That's the same exact thing I said when I saw it. Put up a false wall behind where the coats and jackets would hang and you have a safe room.
I want wood fireplaces. I miss those.

That ace under the stairs would make a great safe room.

I really like this one. Well done.
❤❤❤I really love the layout of this home. I love the patio area.

Beautiful home Tim. I think those are called shutters not blinds.😊❤
Thanks Carol. I was gonna make the same post.

You’re right- it’s super tight!

That fireplace is everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love all videos. However, those blinds are called plantation shutters.
In my area of the UK we call them Californian shutters.
WOW!!! GORGEOUS!
Beautiful home❤
Excellent curb appeal. Very nice home!

Ahahahah girl Tim is married.
Beautiful home Tim. Probably my favorite. Love the tall ceilings.
I love this home!
Beautiful expensive ❤❤❤❤
This home is beautiful, especially the shutters inside the window.
Beautiful!
I would put stairs for a basement instead of the little hidden storage room
Love this home Tim especially the master suite…… this one is worth the money….. elegant but not overtly complex…. Miss Teena 🫶🏼
I loves the big pantry
Love this house
Love it
I love the style and I would use this especially if it was five bedrooms and jacuzzi
This may be my favorite one yet. Just gorgeous ❤. I would make 2 minor changes, but WOW. It's stunning. Great layout.
Super sweet home ❤
Beautiful 🏠 house Tim thanks for showing
I really enjoy the homes...your reactions are priceless 😂....
I love it
Love this one.
Hey Tim do you have to get the windows that tall? That’s just too much , to reach or clean.
Usually people who can afford these extra large homes can afford to pay someone to clean the windows etc.
Ah ha ! It’s in use as the sales office; I wondered why the garage doors were blocked by landscaping.
Beautiful
Beautiful house
You've commented on several home tours about the blinds. Do you ever provide product information as part of your narrative?

I wish that builder was in Georgia
Gorgeous home ❤🤍

There's enough room and space to easily double the overall square footage of the home by adding a second floor in those vaulted ceilings.
We call those Plantation Shutters.
Lovely❤
Who is going to tear out the landscaping in front of the garage.
Nice
The garden space in front of the double garage makes sense now. Model Homes 😂
Bath 🛁 Tub in Walk-in Shower 🚿
Some of the light fixtures give me BIG bug fears!!
How do you pull into the garage
WOW ! 🤗😏❤👍🌹
Beautiful house!

Lots of HOAs require the lack of garage doors facing the street.
Nice home, like it better than the last I saw but not really grabbing me.
What’s up with the garage door?
Every time he says “Little “ take a shot.
Probably need a couple bottles at that rate lol
LOL!! That's funny and I am sure someone will take you up on that, you know what I mean; any excuse will do.
😂😂
What is the price?

You need to head up to Waco see chip and Joanna Gaines at magnolia homes and get some cupcakes from their bakerie
We actually did that on a previous trip! Spent waaaaaay to much money lol
The single garage at front has no driveway!
Hang on, did you say foyer properly? I'm shocked! 😁
And then you messed it up.
What's up with the music in your video? I was expecting the doorbell to ring with a pizza delivery........ 😉😉
1ST HERE
You don’t have to tell us it’s a toilet. We can see it for ourselves.
He can if he wants to

Eliminate the rube narration and just show the home's.😁
