    52 piyo is work for lower body , this is my second day to repeat , my leg getting stronger than before

    Loved seeing the sun through PIYO this morning. We’re experiencing - temps after 10” snow fell yesterday. Spring is just around the corner!

      Thanks for that comment. My crew was having a hard time hearing the music when it was in front facing camera. Now they just need to wear ear plugs.😄

    this was the first piyo class I started with when I discovered you back in April..than I had no clue what I was doing. now I'm a devotee..and thank and appreciate all your workouts...keep on Rockin

    I just got a Fitbit and of course wear for my daily workouts. We work hard in the regular PiYo sequences, but I noticed I stay in the "fat burn" heart rate zone for those, sometimes dropping below. For this one I stayed at the higher cardio rate for just about the whole workout! Thank you for doing this and keep motivating us to stay healthy at home!

    funny...I prefer the speaker the other way. sounds "tin-ie." still a good workout though!
