I just got a Fitbit and of course wear for my daily workouts. We work hard in the regular PiYo sequences, but I noticed I stay in the "fat burn" heart rate zone for those, sometimes dropping below. For this one I stayed at the higher cardio rate for just about the whole workout! Thank you for doing this and keep motivating us to stay healthy at home!
