These videos help me fall asleep. I know how changing gloves can be such a pain in the ass. Use two pairs on both hands, and just change the top one. It's a game changer.
I watched this video while on the phone having an important conversation, but we both were watching this at the same time with the same timing... we just enjoyed all of this. It was a nice way to share a moment. 😊
Got massive respect for people working stoves like that. In my town it is a huge issue currently of "People don't wanna work in kitchen anymore cause they lazy". But seriously, not everyone is cut out for something like this, that can go from smooth sailing chill time, to what can be the (organized) chaos of rush hour.
The food looks good and Your an excellent chef. The only thing I would recommend is letting the hash browns go longer. I noticed that sometimes they looked undercooked. You definitely want that golden brown texture across the whole thing when you flip it. I wouldn’t mind waiting the extra time for it
