That burger in the beginning looked amazing. It is so peaceful watching you cook. You are fast paced, multitasking and we just get to sit back and watch a master do his thing. Very impressive how well to run your kitchen.

I used to have a job like this in my early 20's and I absolutely hated it but looking back I miss it sometimes. I don't think I'd ever do it again but these videos remind me of those days, we had one of the busiest restaurants in town and every day was chaotic as hell.

Hey you are not a messy cook. I'm 65 years old waitresed in many restaurants. I've seen real messy kitchen. When I first started watching you that's the 1st thing I noticed how clean an organized you are. And that grill is SO small, but your ROCK it. Don't listen to the haters 😊
With 25 years experience in the kitchen, may I suggest to dump out the hot oil before putting the egg in. They will come out less oily. Also it's better to crack eggs on a flat surface, less yokes break and the shell doesn't get injected into the egg most of the time...
I’m in a completely different line of work, but the way you handled half of your flat top not working is a lesson I admit I could remember from time to time. Keep your cool and find a way, love it And team toasted bread ;)

I was hoping to see more of your kitchen setup routine, maybe you've shown it in another video and I haven't seen that particular video yet. I hope you are still loving your Wusthof chef knife. I almost bought one at Williams-Sonoma but I ended up buying a Kershaw Shun chef knife. Germany and Japan has some of the best steel.
