big orders are stressful because it feels overwhelming looking at it but you work through it step by step and soon enough it's done and wasn't that big a deal, although all of this goes completely out the window if you already started on it and suddenly there's another dozen tickets coming through for dine in

Food looks good but there is a lot of cross contamination from the raw eggs. I’ve work in many kitchen and those gloves need to be changed after touching any raw meat or eggs.
