I have a question for you…. A friend gave me a delta 3D printer. It hooks up to my computer, it turns on, screen lights up, but although my computer dings indicating that something is hooked up to it, nothing shows on the computer screen. I am searching for a download or something other to pair this 3D printer with my computer so that I can start printing. There is no name brand on this printer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hey there, does the printer screen show anything other than blue? If it doesn't then you might either have a burnt Arduino Mega board or it might just not have any firmware installed. I will be uploading in the future a chapter on firmware setting with Repetier and Arduino IDE
@@myriadpro6752 The screen has printing on it. SD card on the left side. A friend and I built this 6 years ago and ran a few projects on it. Then it sat for all this time collecting dust. So now that I have it again, I am trying to remember how to get this up and running. He did say that I need to download Repetitor software to get it operating again. So I’ll go that route. If you do not mind, I’ll ask you more questions when the time comes? I do appreciate your reply!
