In Japan law, bicycles are categorized into "Vehicles". However, if this supplemental sign is displayed, bicycles are allowed to proceed in both directions anytime. "Vehicles" in law means vehicles, mopeds and light vehicles (=bicycles).
Please give more information on the road marking on the road at the traffic junction, e.g. a few single while line at the junction junction what does it means? One long straight while line in the middle of the 2 lane express way and etc...
