    This is the best demonstration of squeezing the pholourie mixture between the fingers to get the perfectly round shape little balls. I think I can now safely attempt to successfully make this snack. 🙏 for sharing 👨‍🍳❤️

    Looks absolutely delicious, I tried some recently, they tasted delicious but always come out super oily 😫, what am I doing wrong?

      When you mix the batter too soft or add too much water it soaks up a lot of oil. And when you add too much yeast it soaks up more oil

    What is in green seasoning?

    • @matthewsguyanesecooking4601
      @matthewsguyanesecooking4601  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is a mix of garlic, pimento or seasoning peppers, thyme, culantro/bandhania, and any other herbs of your choice. It is a seasoning blend traditional in Trinidad

      The traditional method is to use your hand its how ancestors made it and is how we made it.

    Looks good but next time shave your hand. Hair don’t go with food

      I am cooking for my household not for anyone else. This is why we wash our hands before cooking
