This is really the best I have ever seen on You Tube. It's the real thing. I see many Trinidadian made it with out the peas, it should be called flour dough balls instead. Lovely lady, you are very nicely spoken. Blessings

What is "complete seasoning"?
It's like all purpose seasoning. You can use what you have at home it doesn't have to be the same seasonings I used.
