Thank you for the great video. I just got a tone block 202. Your video is really helpful. The amp does work really well with both a modeler and pedals.
I have a couple of quilter heads, I throw some pedals through the front end and it works great. Through a 412 cab 212 or 112 I get a lot of different sounds according to whatever pedals I use. 4 lb and with the pedals more versatile then just a tube head with two channels and qas the 48 lb. Remember when you throw distortion pedals through the front of these amps there's a lot of volume and nice bottom.
Is this amp loud enough? I have a Tube Peavey Classic 20 watt mini head. It is not loud enough, does not cut through the mix. Is this amp louder than a 20 watt tube amp?

thanks for this video. I use my 202 for jazz so play with a clean tone exclusively. been looking out there to see what others are doing! sounds great.
Me too!

Ive owned multiple Quilter products over the years and they make amazing amps.
Nice demo! Can you tell me if this amp has much hiss on its own? High wattage solid state can be very hissy when cranked on the gain.
ive never noticed any hiss coming from these amps. They are very quiet.
Quilters always sound hard and cold to me.
They don’t in person. I’m a tube snob and this tone block is great.

It has a 200 watt class D power amp. You will be heard no problem.
@@DoctorMcFarlandStudios ok, I trust you. Because I cannot be heard with a 20watt tube amp.
@@JosephX74 oh my. Thanks much
@@JosephX74 humm i think that it must be your terrible playing
20 tube watts are LOUD. What type of music are you playing that a 20 watt tube amp is being drowned out?
