    Before my back problems got severe, I did so many of your routines and loved them all. I see I commented on this routine 8 months ago. Well, I had to stop dancing about 7 months ago, had back surgery the end of March and because of all the inactivity and stress eating, I gained all of my weight back. Today, for the first time, I did this routine again, but a little bit slower. Just wanted you to know I love being back.

    Thank you for uploading this.....I was really looking for something to get me back on track as I quit going to the gym 5 years ago... Frankly I had tried nearly everything in the TH-cam...yoga, circuit, strength exercises but I was so exhausted and bored after 2 minutes. This workout really put me back in the mood of taking baby steps... Oh.. I hav never done any dancing lessons but this is really amazing... ❤️

    I have to say that your voice, and your style of teaching are so addictive. I started because one of your vdo popped on my you tube recommendation and found out that I kept on dancing along with every clip you put in your channel. It is so much fun. I was literally just saying to my husband that I needed to start exercising, but exercising is boring however Dancing is is exercising but a load of fun AND I can lose weight as an added bonus.     Absolutely adore the variety, pace, and length of this workout! Would be super to have more videos with quick step and Viennese waltz since these dances are athletic but give the hips a bit of rest after the samba, bachata, and salsa ❤️
