    I usually follow your blog....but today I found you on TH-cam... I make lots of your recipes. Today I made the zucchini mucver in a pan instead of frying them. My husband almost ate the whole thing himself he loved it. He’s from Izmir but I’m Canadian and have been together for 30 years.... He says he never misses Turkish food because I make all different recipes for him...... Thank you so much for all your great recipes...I hope one day you can come to Toronto and do a cooking class. Afiyet Olson!!!!

    I got tired of wringing out my zucchini so I dry them out in a low oven. 🙂 I love mücver so much.

    Merhaba Ozlem hanim. I learned how to make mucver from my mother. After watching your video I'm going to have to change the way I used to make them. By adding garlic cheese parsley and scallions I'm sure your version will be more delicious. ! I live in the USA Really appreciated that you give Fahrenheit measurements. My only question is, you didn't give measurement for the amount of flour . I usually use by guesstimating amount. Would you please let me know ? Tesekkurler !!

      Merhaba Zekiye hanim, lovely to get your note! Hope you enjoy my mucver recipe - the scallions, parsley, garlic add a lot of flavour and freshness. I copied my recipe link at the video post and copied here for you, the flour amount is 3 tablespoons - Afiyet olsun - recipe is also at my cookery book, Ozlem's Turkish Table ozlemsturkishtable.com/2010/04/zucchini-courgette-fritters-flavored-with-feta-and-dill-mucver/

    I try not to use plain flour, could I substitute with almond flour?

    • @OzlemWarren
      @OzlemWarren  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you - you really need to squeeze out the excess moisture from courgettes, to keep them intact - glad you enjoyed it
