    You sir have inspired me beyond what I can explain on a comment.. I’ve made a lot of profit from watching you videos.. now I make all my employees watch your videos before I hire them then test them at the end.. if they get 90% they’re hired

    Wow,I just feel like I found a treasure. This channel is really great. He uses a very simple and direct language. It's so supportive, informative and wonderful. Moreover, I learn more about the American accent.

    Do u have any videos with dealing with an aggressive employee im taking a new job as supervisor because apparently their supervisor is considered too soft what videos should I study from you

    How do you make them do all their job not just one in their job descriptions. 🤦‍♀️

      Employees need to know what is expected of them. They should have clear understanding of the duties required of them. Even if the task is not in the official job description, the manager needs to meet with the employee and outline the required duties. They must also ensure the employee understands what is required of them. Then, and only then, can the employee's performance be managed.
