    I left my 65K per month job just because of stress, anxiety, health issues and no work life balance pta nhi bina kisi ko btaye direct resignation mail kr diya kya faidya us paise ka jisme aap khush he nhi ho time he nhi ho apne or family ke liye ek jindagi mili hai aise ghut kr thodi nikalni hai no job from past 4 months mil jyegi dusri job tension lena chood diya exercise krta hu meditation krta hu morning mai 😅

      @@prashantmalviya7764 bhai I'm 32 single and no idea kya hoga life ka sach bolu maine tension lena he chood diya yr college ke baad se job ke chkkr mai tension he to li hai I respect those companies jinhone mujhe sufficient paisa diya lekin maine bhii to bahut kaam diya thodi bahut savings hain wahi enjoy kr rha hu and lets hope for the best savings end hone se phle job mil jaygi ya kuch chota buisiness krunga kyunki mera manna hai jb apko 65K tk kamana hai to kyu bahr jakr time waste kre apna he kuch krunga atkeast kuch seekhunga to sahi planning to go for a trip to himmalyas for 1 month just for some peace uske baad dekhte hain kya krna hai 😀

    I also faced the same thing...I resigned from the company without having any job ... currently I'm studying and looking out for new opportunities...I was so happy that I got my first job .. After entering the organisation my experience was good but my colleagues were extremely toxic and faced bullying, corporate politics..I tolerated everything but then I had to leave...I lost my mental health my peace everything there...I still remember those days...I have 1.5 yrs of experience...That company also laid off many employees..Now I'm scared, should I enter into this industry again or I should go for mba

    It’s not just tech but a lot of fields in India have very toxic work culture, the pay is abysmal but exploitation is maximum. Cheap labour is usp of India and as long as labour laws will not be strengthened this will go on forever

    India main we get relieving letter, and yes it's a bitch for companies to ask employees to join early but they will add 60-90 days notice God knows when this will be fixed.

    While frustration is quite understandable, let other stakeholders know as early as possible the risks to the project timelines. Seniors - don’t let your ego lead your actions. These young people are sons and daughters of other seniors. Guide them with love.

    I completed agree with him. I was in reliance jio and these people want info about every minutes you have spent. They will want you to fill the Excel sheet which takes more than 15-30 minutes. The manager was just another asshole. The team and work designed in such a way that you cannot make a friendship with team members. Everything except infrastructure is fucked up in that company.

    I worked in TCS for around 9 years after that I left, and worked on some very good and big projects. Also, the work culture is not that bad as you explained which happened with you in that startup. Only drawback was salary, rest you can get good opportunities to work in good prjects in TCS as well and you have very high chances of moving abroad in TCS than from any other company.

    12:35 Experience letter needed to join the next company. I am not sure why it is needed but I believe it's for to prove your continuation of employment and not 2 jobs at a time. Also experience letter need to be submitted original to the next company.

    28:00 here i don't agree with the guest cause I am from an Engineering college and I know exactly what people are studying, in atual CS/IT is considered as more of chill branch also those 9 months of boot camp offer more placement compared to regular Engg college So its completely fine, u can start ......... Everybody have there own learning curve and conditions

    Same story happened with me. I told them don't play with me if you want me to leave say leave don't hesitate. That company started 5 months ago. Company owner run a community everyday he taunt me saying its employer time not employer time.
    97% problem same happened with me.

    Aesa lag rha hai ki harnoor bhaiya Sumit bhaiya ko jheel rhe hai mai ek ek cheez relate ker rha hu.
    Mai abhi bca last semester me hu aur mai ek company me unpaid internship ker rha tha 5 months ke agreement pe per 2.5 months hi Kiya kue bhut Jada toxic hogya last ke 15 day , jara jara si baat per daat te the aur mai phir chod ke bhag gya aur Mai bhut Jada stress me chala gya tha aur learning Puri tarah se khatam ho gya tha aur last ke 2 din bhut roya phir kue din 4-5 data aur jara jara si baat per daat te the aur wo aesa scene create kerte the ki unko mauka mile aur choti si baat per 20 20 min tak dat te rehte the aur phir ek maine faisla Kara ki mai nhi jaunga to phir mai bas recently choda hai .
    Aur kuch logo ko lag rha hoga jo Sumit bhaiya keh rhe ki 2 se 3 sal coding ya development me lage ga per jab aap ke environment nhi hota hai to 3 saal to lag hi jate hai. Ab mujhe bhi lagta hai ki jaldi hi jaega per kaise 3 saal nikal gae pata hi nhi chala.

    I also faced same issue, full toxic environment, no work life balance. Knowingly I deleted some record on one of the server even not on prod then manager come on us and he literally abused, then I resigned from that org.

    Completely true....mene as intern join Kia tha startup me...itni gandi company and founder iit se the...basic manner bhi nh the kese baat krte hai ... bhot important hai agr Thora sabhi doubt ho to leave kr do...bcz apki health, mental health sb khrb ho jt hai , confident bhi...esi gandi companies me....me to socha iit's se founder hai or 25 years ka exp hai ...kuch learning..sikhne ko milega bt me depression me chali gai thi...still dimag me sb yaad ata hai to daar lgta hai...bad experience ever...

    this is a biased video. you can't compare service based industry to the product industry. although people in both industries work in tech but the underlying principles of both industry is totally different. portraying India as a place where only toxic service based companies exist is wrong. people in India are contributing to equally good work. Software engineers are unnecessarily expensive in US. Indian engineers can do the same job at one-third the salary. Its only a matter of time all companies realise it, Google is expanding its employee base in India and China, while they're laying off people in US like crazy

      @vyas3384 yes I am. Infact my thought process was just like the one reflected in this video. Have seen few recession, few failures and dealing with both sides of the company (juniors & seniors), my thought process has changed.
      There is always a time, method and situation to express ur dissent. It is definitely not when project is in full swing.
      There are many things which I can share. But post will be too long.

      It's the responsibility of tech lead or architecture to keep the ways to recover it. Once it is done, it is done anyone can do mistakes have you not forgotten your bike or car keys anywhere?

      even a simple command by mistake can do deletions. I've seen a lot and a lot of people deleting data all by accident. Toxicity can destroy your future, productivity and learning all at the same time.

      If your entire system is based assumption that someone with privileges not accidentally deleting prod databases then you need to think about backups , fail over mechanism first. And if mistake happens then focus on solving problem first rather than scolding person and then implement process so that some rookie might not do it again. Mostly such scenario happens when only on paper certified architects design your system and they don't know what they are doing.
