I have a question. The humidity changes when temperature changes. So what temperature should be used?

I have a question. Have you found a difference in the taste of a ribeye that was dry ages from slaughter vs one that has been purchased in a vacuum bag from retail? Secondly, does the age of the retail vacuum bag cuts make a difference? Thanks for your comment on this

Many people don't realize that the water temperature between ice cubes is 36 F degrees Not 32 F degrees . That is completely frozen solid ice with no water . With ice and water the water temperature between the ice cubes is slightly higher than freezing because it's melted. The temperature in the center of the Ice Cube would be 32 degrees and the only way to measure that would to be to freeze a sensor in the center of the Ice Cube

How often we need to calibrate? If we want to monitor 24/7?

Not that much, maybe quarterly and whenever you replace the batteries

@@CrazyDavesKitchen Thank you Dave. I mean we monitor temp/RH in our warehouse around the clock. Our data loggers(sensors) are rechargeble. We have 26 devices placed at different spots. I am thininking of making a schedule monthly.

Hi, what is better? sensorpush or IBS-TH1?

They both are good for Bluetooth. But when it comes to WiFi only SensorPush allows you to add a gateway. Inkbird is working on WiFi capabilities in the near future.

Can alerts (alarms) be sent by sms or email? I don't want to rely on the app running 24-7 on my phone.
