    The SensorPush suite can be used in a Greenhouse, Server Room, Humidor, or just your house. It's great for keeping track of the different humidity and temperature levels, and the fact that this HTP.xw model can detect barometric pressure is just icing on the cake.
    SensorPush G1 WiFi Gateway - Access your SensorPush Sensor Data from Anywhere via the Internet Amazon Description:
    - Works with all existing SensorPush sensors (sensors sold separately)
    - No set limit to the number of sensors you can connect
    - Receive alerts on your mobile device anywhere that it has access to the internet
    - No monthly fee. Internet cloud service and account included in the purchase price
    - Use multiple mobile devices. All devices logged into the account stay up to date and receive alerts
    SensorPush HTP.xw Wireless Thermometer/Hygrometer/Barometer Extreme Accuracy Water-Resistant for iPhone/Android - Made in USA Indoor/Outdoor Humidity/Temperature/Pressure/Dewpoint/VPD Sensor w/ Alerts Amazon Description:
    - Accurate: Best-in-class premium sensing with unmatched accuracy of ±1.5%RH, ±0.1°C / 0.18°F, ±0.012inHg. Professional-grade components, assembled in America into devices you can trust. For even more demanding applications, the device is easily calibratable to a trusted reference. Either way, you'll enjoy reliable, quality monitoring of environmental conditions including air temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, dewpoint and VPD
    - Durable: Water-resistant splash-proof and weatherproof design protects sensor from rain and dust. The HTP.xw is at home just about anywhere: in a refrigerator, freezer, greenhouse, humidor, wine cellar, instrument case like guitar or violin, a piano, outside as a mini weather station, around the house monitoring a humidifier or thermostat in baby nursery, in an attic, basement, crawlspace, reptile tank, terrarium, plants in a grow tent, drying and curing, a chicken coop or egg incubator and more
    - Flexible: Use just the sensor and your phone via Bluetooth or add a SensorPush G1 WiFi Gateway (sold separately) for data and alerts via the Internet. With the SensorPush Gateway and Cloud, get updates anywhere and push notifications when conditions exceed min/max alarm settings, or ask Alexa for updates. It's the perfect combo for a vacation home, garage, server room, data center, ensuring a dog or other pets are safe in an RV (cellular hotspot required) or anywhere remote monitoring is useful
    - Powerful: Line of sight Bluetooth range of 325 feet keeps you up to date, even on the other side of your home. Obstructions such as walls or doors will reduce this, often considerably, but every day in real world conditions, customers happily monitor difficult situations like walk-in coolers, safes, inside a wall or even on a roof. The small size, convenient mounting slot, and long battery life (typically over 2 years) simplify placing one or multiple sensors wherever they are needed most
    - Easy one-time setup with our beautifully designed, free app (iOS or Android). Quickly view a digital summary of current conditions for your entire system of connected SensorPush devices. Drill deeper with integrated data logging and graphing with 45 days of storage on the sensor and unlimited in-app storage for unlimited devices using our custom built high performance database. Export any data recording to CSV for analysis or archival with Excel, Google Sheets, etc, and calibrate with ease.

    Can I have the sensor mounted on the balcony. 24/365. Is it for outdoor use as well?

    • @Slimothy
      @Slimothy  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I think some are rated for outdoor use but don’t quote me on that. Check the link below in the description but I could have sworn some can be used outdoors (covered). Their customer support is great and I bet if you asked them to confirm they’ll reply pretty quick

    Thank you for the review I actually bought this for my Davidoff humidor. I’m really glad I saw this review I decided to go with the HTPxw sensor. My question is I have it calibrating right now in one of the Boveda calibration kits when that is done is there anything else I need to do before I put it inside my humidor besides setting some alerts? Again thank you for this review. I’m also getting the gateway this week.

      You’re most welcome! I personally didn’t calibrate mine with those Bovedas. I spoke to the owner of SensorPush and he said they should be good out of the box. But nope there’s nothing else you need to do! Enjoy them. Mine have been so helpful. 👍🏻

    • @Slimothy
      @Slimothy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey there! Yep I still use them and check them daily. I love them! Never had a single issue with them once. Battery life has been 0 maintenance so far. I assume in 1-2 more years I might have to change the batteries but not worried about that at all plus it’s pretty far out there in the future. I still highly recommend these sensors from SensorPush to anyone who asks about them. Just an overall fantastic product that does its job perfectly. Not much more I can say! 👍🏻

      In the Amazon listing Q&A it says there is no limit to the number of connected sensors per gateway and they know of customers connecting a dozen or more.

    Very good review. I do have one question though. Does the app send real time data? Or does it only send data every 10-15 minutes? I’m looking for temp. monitoring in my generator shed so I can make sure it doesn’t get too hot while I’m running it.

    • @Slimothy
      @Slimothy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      With no gateway? 60ft maybe line of sight. Basically anywhere in a house. It uses Bluetooth.
      If you get a gateway too, you can be anywhere in the world since it’s synced to the cloud. I mention this in the video more in depth but that’s the jist of it

      Mine didn’t take long, but I think they have official info on that on their website. Mine seemed to be good after less than 24 hours. I’d say 3-4 hours. But just wait 1 day to be sure in my opinion.

      I don’t quite understand, that would only flood you if you set it up with tight tolerances that you can’t keep, in which case temp/humidity management would be more important at that point. Unless I’m misunderstanding you haha
