@@alieffauzanrizky7202 I'm only speaking about the visuals on the windshield/ wiper physics, we'll have to wait for the game to come out but it's almost certainly going to have much better rain physics

@@awakeandwatching953 not sure if im posting twice, but 100% better then AC and ACC. Felt more alive, smooth, great connected to the car, with great feeling of tires and suspension.
I still play the original AC, but i definitely will play ACE. If things go according to Kunos, this game will set a new high standard in sim racing. Other sim racing game devs will have to step up their game. Italians in general are very picky and perfectionists with their products, they dedicate to what they do securing the quality of everything they have made over the years. Good luck to Kunos.
I was mildly hyped for EVO but after watching some real gameplay, I'm absolutely sold. If they get a polished online experience, this could be the new king in the genre.
What's the point of pre-ordering a digital copy of the game? I doubt many people even care for physical copies anymore. Even so, not like they're gonna "run out" 😅
3:52 that moment alone, that little jump over the curb with little slide on landing... that's enough for me to have a lot of confidence in AC EVO. It sure looks like its gonna drive super good.
Please please please test the collision physics. This was the biggest weakness of AC1 and ACC, by far. It caused unnecessary pileup, preventing close racing and ruining immersion. Even bump drafting in a straight line is a life-or-death decision in those previous titles.
Kunos is not EA. Of course they do everything to improve that. ❤ They said similar in the today overtake live stream which has been removed and will be re-upload
Collisions feel very "Natural" if that makes sense. Just came back from the Expo and tried it myself, you can touch the other cars gently and very comfortably go side by side etc. No weird bouncing off of the opponents and stuff like that, at least that is what I experienced during my time behind the wheel. So in my eyes a huge improvement compared to ACC for a reference.
the collision issues with ac and acc were mostly die to the suspension model from my understanding.. looks like they have massively improved that so by extension should fix the over the top results from contact
This is so much ahead of the competitors on every aspect, physics and graphics, the first racing title that gives me a real next gen impression...I feel for the other developers
Two things I've got my fingers crossed for, besides the driving experience - multiplayer to be like having LFM within the game, actual events and endurance racing with good driver swaps and team mates being able to adjust strategy, tyres etc. (as with iRacing). I'll definitely be getting into it at the earliest possible opportunity Thanks for another great vid Jards!
If it doesn’t they’ll add it, they said the intention is to be able to add to the game indefinitely. This is why they built their own engine from the ground up.
@@SimRacingBro Thanks mate. Watching another few content creators' vids, sounds like there's going to be all sorts of goodies for us over time. Stoked!
that sounds insanely good if the drying line/ rubbered line and water run-off is working how they say! the physics for the curbs looks amazing as well. ac has allways delt with curbs better than most but this looks crazy good.
when I saw that dry line, got me hyped if thats how it works and your tires dry out the track that would be insane. Kuno must be the best developer if thats the case
Great work, sir, getting us all the first real look at the future of sim racing. Great work also getting a Kunos t-shirt with your name on it. Me want!
Looks really promising. Honestly the most important updates over AC1 for me was the weather (realistic drying lines) and the tires over the kerbs. Honestly both look amazing, loved to see the car grip up on outer lines in the rain, and thanks for the kerb attacks, very important part after AC1. I gotta say, if they add some kind of modding/community content support, this might be the next standard for future sims.

and with them providing the tools needed for LFM with in the online eco system i think we will have a real contender for iracing.. especially with the acc and ac player bases combined
Great Video! Wow AC Evo looks amazing, I cant wait!!! The dynamic weather and wet line/puddles look amazing. Also driving different types of cars with this type of simulation, just wow take my money please haha.
This seems to be everything everyone always wanted. The weather looks really nice, I hope equal attention is given to fog, track temps and so on. I don't want to race only in perfect conditions.
Maintenance and upgrades seem like a really cool idea, a type of need for speed mechanics where you get sponsors and prize money from races, maybe a bonus for street races, where you can get busted by police. A double or nothing type of event, where you can get your car impounded, or can't do night races for a while because you don't have a license. Or maybe making money doing delivering pizza or tofu. Really in game currency is the most logical progression system.
Looks great. For me AC was always a big tool box where we can tinker. I hope, that AC Evo will give us the same freedom... The other thing was that the hardware requirement for AC was always not too high (because the title was from 2013). This allowed us adding more features without loosing the smoothness. Especially with modern hardware.
