Kseniya, I just want to thank you for all your effort. I know it's not easy doing all of these videos but you just don't know how big of a blessing you are to all of us who are filing. You give people like me the chance to hug our families again.. especially our parents. 🥺 So, thank you so much.
Hi @kseniya , when i login to my ceac, it doesn’t have a section for documents. It just has Fees, Review and Sign. So there’s no actual place to upload the documents. Is this an issue? Because we have since been called for an interview and no officer mentioned anything about it. The interview was only rescheduled so we could bring a missing tax document.
Hi Kseniya, I couldn’t find the video you mentioned at 14:11 on the I-864 play list. I wondered how much more income USCIS is looking for than they listed. Thank you!
Hello Kseniya! Thank you so much for all the info. What if my mother-in-law is my joint sponsor and she declares my wife (sponsor) as her dependent? My wife would be included as part of the household on my mother-in-law's I864... but my wife can't declare her mom as part of her household (since they dont live together). What to do in this situation? It seems contradictory to say that my wife is part of her mom's household size at the same time her mom isn't part of our household...
OMG this helped me so much, because I just got an RFE. I'm having to get a co sponsor as well, is it possible you can upload a video showing us how the co sponsor should fill out the I-864?
Hello, thank you for taking the time to do this video. I do have a question, for Part 1, my mom will be a joint sponsor for my wife. When she is filling out this form, she will only check 1.d, I am the only joint sponsor right? And not 1.e, I am the first of two joint sponsors? I’m still a bit confused on that part. Thank you again and God bless
Thank you for your consistent efforts! If the sponsor's current income is just above the minimum requirement but their income for the past two years is double the requirement, would it still be necessary to include a joint sponsor based on what you’ve heard? It would be helpful to hear from you!
Hello Kseniya, Thank you for your wonderful blog! I wanted to ask for your advice. Should we wait for the current year’s tax return to file the sponsorship, or will using the 2023 tax return along with the previous three years’ returns (prior to 2024) be sufficient if we file before January 31st? I understand that employers typically send tax documents by January 31st.
Thanks for sharing . Do i need to file a separate i-864 for K2 child, which came to US with K1 at the same time? It looks like the answers for all the question for k2 will be the same. or i could just make copies of the k1 i-864 and evidence of income , and then attach to K2 i-485? thx
I am US citizen living abroad with my spouse in Sweden, for whom I have filed I-130. When filing Form I - 864 I will fill out that I live in Sweden . . . So which documents are required?
Hi Kseniya, I watch most of your videos and thank you for all the information you have provided, they are very useful. I have a question regarding I-94 record. My daughter holds Canadian passport, she entered US through Buffalo border by land on January 11, when I checked the I-94 website, it shows her validity is until January 12, 2025, it's just one day. Is it possible system will show the true date after a few days or this is it? Border security asked our group the reason and we said it's a weekend getaway. Please let me know your thoughts. My daughter wants to stay for at least 2 weeks in New York city.
@@KseniyaInternational thanks for your prompt response. We just noticed that this validity is exactly the same as her previous B2 validity when my daughter visited in July 2024. Not sure why system reflects the date automatically or it was decided by the border immigration.
Hi please I have a question I don’t have income and I am a dependent on my son in law tax return and sponsoring my son to come to USA. Do I need to add zero on income and for tax I am considered filling or not filling.
Hi Kseniya! Just to clarify, my US spouse's cousin is my joint sponsor who is single and without kids. On his form, he should still list his household as 2 (me and him)?
Hello mam can I ask a question what the other way need husband to do if can't find Co sponsor but my husband have enough money to prove can support me.
If I only have the 2 most recent tax year transcripts, is it ok to submit that ? 2023 and 2022. I requested for 3 but IRS said there's some issue with 2021 and I can't download it online as well. Each year meets the requirement anyway but I was thinking of submitting 2 years since only the most recent is mandatory

The $20k should be present in the bank account? Or the amount is annual income?
