This Rumor is at this point forgotten, which is probably due to SM64DS being an "forgotten" remake. This rumor isn't that farfetched, L is real 2401 existed for the original so why not something for the remake?
Also I remember the WwwWario Video, and it's odd because he's gone from that, to making FNaW, though he did also make Wario Land fan games. But his story is another entirely. Anyways, I remember knowing about WwwWario's video because of TetraBitGaming mentioning it in his own Waluigi in SM64DS video.
Some other pieces of evidences for this theory I feel mentioning are the Purple Rabbit in the Instruction Book and the White Door next to Wario's Door, which I'm not sure if they are fake or not but it's compelling. It really DOES feel like Waluigi should've been in the game.
I really do hope we have a leak and there's an Waluigi model in SM64DS, then we'd have an even better game :)
