    Now that's how you do an MCM restoration! That looks like an entirely new kitchen, but the designers knew how to make a modern kitchen match the house and look original, but still brand new! ❤️

      I agree. They maintained the original essence of the home with modern materials. What is your favorite feature of the home?

      @@livinginwestla Weirdly, I love the front stairs, which also look new, but are very accurate! Lots of little stylish flares in the house that I enjoyed, like the built in cabinetry. Like you said, this style is timeless!

    What a beautiful home. I desperately wish they had kept up the wood panelling in the bedroom hallway! The white walls and doors are a bit boring.

    Man I love it! So glad these gems are still around!

      I agree. These homes were so ahead of their time. What aspect to you like the most?

      @@livinginwestla what really appeals to is the minimalism. The attention to the smallest details would be another.

      California is not for everyone! You definitely need a top 20 university degree, MBA or PHD to survive here.

    Nice home but for that price it better be ocean front.

      For around $4M in the Palisades you can find ocean view homes, but they tend to need a bit of work. This home is close to downtown Pacific Palisades so its price is refelctive of its walkability and desirable location despite its lack of a view. Like you, I think an ocean view is a must if I was buying in the Palisades

    No pool?

      @livinginwestla  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Correct. There is no pool. If the home had a hot tub or smaller plunge pool, woudl that work for oyu?

    For that price and for that size, you could get this house in the south, plus five more, with a maid and Rolls Royce... with some leftover. The prestige of California because of Hollywood is over. It's time to let it go.

      The south is 🤢🤢

      It’s a high end community near the coast. Coastal communities are always higher priced. In fact many of the homes have coastal views in the palisades. Further inland the house size would be under a million.

    for that price, no ocean view and too close to neighbors.
    mid-century always looks too IKEA for me.
