Gorgeous! I want to move in now! Is the price a bit low (with that view) because of the bedroom bathrooms not being updated? I am a bit surprised they didn't do the black marble with white in the master at least, but I always liked those pinky/peach colors, so it wouldn't bother me!

That is the price for home in the Upper Marquez Knolls neighborhood with unobstructed ocean views. A similar sized home sold recently for over $7M just a couple of blocks away.
