That upgraded shock is rough trail ridding and you can really feel it on the street compared to the stock but ridding kids with you it helps tremendously with the weight
What shock did you use? I see a lot of them that look similar but electro and co. told me that they don't recommend one yet. I weight between 200-250 lbs. Thanks in advance
@TheOne-TheOnly I weigh 200-210 and ride my kids with me I'm on the 1000 lb dnm shock spring and plan to jump it around but for your weight and street light trail I'd recommend the 800lb spring but the 1000lb one isn't bad
@anthonymoy4471 I really only do street riding, so I'd imagine a stronger shock would be fine. The stock one does alright, actually. I've set the preload pretty high on it. Thanks for the reply. Do you have a link to the shock?
Hi! Just received a brand new Stomp Ebox 2.0. Two questions you might be able to answer; 1. The steering wheel very noticably snaps to the center position when driving and standing still. Is this normal or something that should be fixed somehow? 2. The black color on the frame is gone in a 2 square cm area. Ok to let it be or will it rust? Appreciate your comments :) Thanks!
The steering snapping back to middle isn’t normal. Maybe the cables are in a bind. I would definitely put some paint on the bare metal. It will definitely rust.
What's the maximum amps we can push on the 2.0 motor ? When upgrading for more speed we know to upgrade controller because the stock comes doing 45 amps . Will the motor overheat at 80 amps ?

@aMotoheadsGarage From the Eboxelectric site? I don't see a shock in the upgrade section, but I do see a shock in the stock parts section for $39. Maybe they've upgraded the stock shock to that black one?

Hey bro I might be having the same issue with my EBOX 2.0 I got it delivered on Friday and I haven’t been able to ride it because whenever I throttle it only jerks but nothing more, it feels like it wants to accelerate but it doesn’t

@@aMotoheadsGarageturns out one of my wires, connecting my battery to my controller was burnt and every time it hit my metal frame it would short circuit by the way could you send a LINK for a 72v battery for the ebox?
I haven’t gotten to ride the Mototec but I know they are close to the same. Personally, because of cost to actually make the bike better, I would put the money towards a Sur Ron.
@@burn1gotbeats the XXX seems to me a great choice. Has great battery life. Don’t turn your nose up to a use Sur Ron. There are a lot of deals and you can save money on mods that someone already did.
@@floriangellert8815 I ended up having to go to California for the first round of SX and mechanic for my son. So it pushed my video schedule back. Bike has been running great every since I replaced the driveline with E&C kit. Plus it’s so much faster.

You need to do another race against the 110 now that it has the upgrades.

It all depends on your budget. If you can find a good use Surron, I would. It’s a MUCH better bike and built better. Plus it will hold its value.

Are you able to lift the seat height on the e-box 2.0? It is only 66 cm so so wanted to know if it could go up to 70.
You would have to build a spacer kit, but it’s possible.

I got tired of waiting, so I ordered the electro & co kit. Haven’t had an issue since.

@@wattleyracing I did but I just went with middle of the road 4 piston brakes. Mainly so I could get replacement levers.

Where did you get a new motor for it and what is it called?
It came from Electro & Company. They call it the ETM kit. The installation is in the last video.

Just unplug the wires and unscrew them from the levers.

If it’s not a loose wire or connection, your controller may be over amping. What mods do you have?
