Serial decode after pass/fail this time on Rigol DHO924s

Similar but nicer operation to the 1054z but still you have to work around some limitations. The only bug is the displayed packet sometimes is the previous one and not the one that trigger the pass/fail test. Hopefully Rigol will update this in firmware.
