The ENT people actually already have their documentary, because the Bluray releases have a pretty in-depth doc about ENT, paid for by CBS itself. And the Bluray docs for ENT are pretty open and critical about the show, so another doc about ENT is actually redundant. Search for "ent uncharted territory" on YT and you find some of these here.
