I have been trying eggless and egg based cakes for around 2 years without beater which most of the time failed /not felt like tasty bakery cake and I was worried to the core.
Now I purchased electric beater & tried your recipe and it was really amazing

Not just me dear I'm an 83-year-old black woman and I have a senior group there's I don't know 65 of us and we all went to make the cake at home so that we could sell them at a bake sale We all ended up baking all night long because not one turned out and we're seniors who bake all the time We have recipes in even fashion magazine You know that we've created. So don't tell me it came out for you and not 60 some baking women or maybe you just think black women can't bake I just figure you're all family and friends people that put this on there so we'll give you a pass

Hi i made it twice both the time it came soooo soft.... 🤩 I took the weight it was 273 g can u show the recipe for an half kg sponge cake.

Ive made the cake using this recipe a couple of times, and the taste and texture is always great, but my cake never seems to be as tall as the one in the video. Do you know how i might be able to get it to be that tall? My cake tin is around the same size too, if not smaller.
Looks like the recipe is doubled for a final result, it can’t be this tall in this form.
i think pan size is small, around 5 to 6 inches, that's why it got height
Hey!!! Here’s a little tip for you… whenever you’re using 1/3 cup flour or less then this, always go for 4 inch cake tin … you’ll get a good height.. Thankyou🫶🏻
