Sonoff RF Bridge not paring with 433MHZ remote

I think if you want to add 4 button remote than you need to have already configured that buttons to start some of the rf sonoff product. If you want to add just the remote so you can controll sonoff devices that dont have rf than you need to add alarm instead of 4 button remote in your bridge. And then do the pairing as you tried on yout video. For each button you need to create new alarm. After that you can go to scenes and trigger what should that alarm do when you press the button.

I installed Espurna firmware but problem persist. I think that a limited number of units could have been defective
Same thing here and if you read around, pretty much everybody has this problem. They really only work with Sonoff remotes, even though it says on the website that the bridge can learn almost any remote. Total failure of a device / companny!
You have the old model which works with 433 mhz or 315 mhz. take off the top and change the switch position. It should then work.
*sigh* at the end of video says it all = frustration

I can't fix this .... but... I tried over and over again.....keep pairing...it took sometimes 10 times ...

Try using one of the small remotes that sonoff make. Mine works! I have lots of remotes and none of those worked.

Pleased open the cap insidea switch it is in off conditon take to on. Its working

Same issue with me, it will not learn from normal remotes and only from the frequencies of Sonoff IR remotes.

You have to Press and hold it Down for 5-10 sek to get it to Parre
There is a switch inside the bridge. did you have tried to switch that?

Make sure you pair a 433,92MHz remote not a 433,42MHz. Some of the ones I have seen in your video seem to tbe 433,42MHz. Maybe a SOMFY or so. They do NOT work.

you need to hold the remote rf button until it beep twice.
Your remotes are with rolling codes so that is why it can t copy them!!!!
