  • The Rainy season in Thailand is not as bad as it initially sounds. This is the time of year that it does rain. There are other months when it is dry. So should you come in the rainy season? Let's see...

      Well I hope you're right, cause I'm going to Thailand next week 😊 First Bangkok, then Ayutthaya, and next I'm heading north. Hopefully the rains will stop by the end of October so I can hit Islands then.

    Sounds a lot like Florida. During the summer all the snowbirds vacate so there are no lines and the attampere in close and interment, and all prices are discounted. BUT we get 9 inches (22cm) of rain a month, the mosquitos will eat you alive at twilight, and the tempter and humidity will give you100-to-110-degree heat index. (40-43cecuis.) As an American who traveled North one year, I asked someone that was shoveling snow can I do it? In my forties I got to shovel snow Yeah. Monsoon is like snow it's different.

    I can only go to Thailand during June, July or Aug. According to google rain averages 4-5 inches per month during those months and that there are 10-11 rainy days per month. So you're telling me it only rains an hour or two each time on most of those "wet" days ? That's not bad.

    • @TheNarrowGate
      @TheNarrowGate  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I love the rainy season. It just means that’s the time of year that there will be rain. Like right now it is dry as toast. No rain whatsoever.
