Thanks Barry one of my favorite 2 guys you host here Alan and Ed! Made me go buy a gastester for myself because I never was confident in reading spark plugs lol
Great to hear - it's a good move!
I honestly think the gloves give him Super Tuning abilities love the Videos
Awesome!!👏
I’m sure this knowledge is going to come in handy somewhere down the road.
Very cool car! Alan is gaining a very deep and specialized knowledge for each car he works on. I bet with all of these cars combined he could easily tune up just about any engine.
You are right! Alan loves to figure out all the details to make things right! Thanks! 🙏 👍
Absolutely beautiful automobile!! Somehow I'm thinking that is not the original distributor? Are the spark plugs in the block? Always enjoy Travis' Tantalizing Tech Talks. Thank you.
I’ll ask about the distributor - the plugs are in the top of the block close to the top/heads 👍
Wow... I've haven't been emotional over an engine in a while. It really does sound like a V8. 🛺
Starting with a smooth idle, giving it more gas, there was a small hiccup from the engine until it caught up. Each cylinder sounded off, all sounding equal in sound.16:00
Thanks. Yes there weren’t many V8’s at that time, and I agree, this one is sweet.
