In the beginning when you mentioned H6 and H4, that just means 4mm and 6mm hex. Pretty standard sizes. Also, everything on the bike is metric so it makes it easy when trying to figure out what tools you need. Thanks for the vid, keep up the great content.
Black widow exhausts from the Uk makes 2 different headers for this bike to delete the box, just a heads up!

Any exhaust leaks after installing the midpipe? I removed the breadbox and added a midpipe but there is leak.
1 How often does it backfires?
2 Is there any adverse effect on the engine, like the temperature and fuel consumption?
3 Is it necessary to do remapping/dyno?
4 Will it hurt the bike if you dont do remapping/dyno?
Did you remove all the catalyst stuff that was still left in the headers
I have a 2023 Z900 just like yours and wanted to know your thoughts on living with this mod. How mush did it effect the sound? Any droning or adverse effects?
I actually was thinking of doing an update video on this. I have tinnitus and this aggravates it when I ride longer periods so I wear earplugs on those rides. The sound is significantly deeper,louder, and I get more attention/approving comments when I meet up with other riders.

No the gaskets didn’t look crushed or anything (I personally think because the bike is newer). But if your bike is older or more broken in I would replace it or inspect closer for abnormalities

Hi. I did the breadbox delete. But on cold start it always leak a little gasoline from the middle link pipe. Have you ever experienced it?
Not at all, are you sure it’s gas? It could be water from condensation. Gas doesn’t normally come out of exhaust

No to my knowledge that back pressure doesn’t happen because the cat is still in if you take that out then you’d need a flash
i bought bread box delete in aliexpress for mi 2022 Z900 and the pipe was 740mm but the pipe in the bike is 800mm so doesnt fit

Did you have to connect your control unit and rework software for engine and fuel usage ? My mechanics saying it’s necessary to do it after decat upgrade … its another 400€ for software work
You're over paying. An ECU tune shouldn't cost you over $299

Just a suggestion for some people, but a reciprocating saw would give you a much more accurate cut and the blades are typically cheaper. Also, a lot of people own those compared to and angle grinder so more people to borrow it from for free.

How so? Less resistance created in the exhaust. Should be more efficent and better flowing. If anything I'd think he'd gain 1 or 2 horses.
