Hey man, just did the breadbox delete mod with an slip on sc s1 muffler. Question, did you notice a slight low ens power loss?
Not that I noticed, but I also just flashed it and I think it feels the same so im probably just tone deaf to stuff like that
New light looks better than the Z logo.
I understand people want luxury features but that’s why manufacturers like BWM and Ducati exist. To pay almost 15k for a naked Japanese is insane
Clean asf 🔥. Just picked up a 2021 with a full system, upgraded headers, and ecu flash. It’s loud asf and getting rid of the extra weight with the new exhaust makes a huge difference

Breadbox, I just bough akrapovic headers for 800€ and need to upgrade it and tune it on computer… together 1400€ for normal sound … why the fuck they making bikes more quiet 🤷

Hey man, I do appreciate the video. I want to delete mine also, but I wasn't going to if I couldn't put the heat shield back in place. That would simply cause climate racisms, and I couldn't have that. 👍
Flashed mine late last month. If you plan on blocking the AIS, a cheaper alternative to buying block off plates would be to buy valve caps and plug both ends on the tube. There's a video on here of someone doing so which is how I did mine. But that's of course, if you don't want all the popping from the exhaust.
I heard something about a marble mod is that similar?

That exhaust may not be much louder, but it still sounds a helluva lot better than stock.
I have a 2022 Z900. I picked up the same front turn signals but mine have white running lights. I have a full Akropavic exhaust on my bike. You dont absolutely have to flash the ecu when you put a new exhaust because the exhaust your buying was made for your bike. The flash is just to get the max out of the bike and get rid of restrictions that can hamper getting the max from the bike. I spoke to Yoshimura and Kawasaki about this. I will be doing a Dyno tune though this year. I also have the ASV levers. Nice bike bro enjoy

Did you have to connect your control unit and rework software for engine and fuel usage ? My mechanics saying it’s necessary to do it after decat upgrade … its another 400€ for software work
You're over paying. An ECU tune shouldn't cost you over $299

Just a suggestion for some people, but a reciprocating saw would give you a much more accurate cut and the blades are typically cheaper. Also, a lot of people own those compared to and angle grinder so more people to borrow it from for free.

Sooo...tank pads and tank shell, very good, integrated rear indicators? bad. You need to be seen when you turn. Remove the bread box of course. But I suggest bar end mirrors and a small find deflector and I also added two high concentrated mini spotlights which is very useful. I also replaced the headlight bulbs with Xenon bulbs. And for the phone holder (I hate them) I've installed a central 7 inch screen above the dash which connects to my phone so I got good visibility and my eyes are always on the road. And I got a SC slip on too. I think this video is not giving good advice for usability. Oh and yes, my levers switch upwards, not forwards. Much better design.

Do you know if it’s as loud as a straight pipe? Because I tried it straight pipe and it was way too loud for me. I have a crt too and might do it
Yeah it probably will be because all an aftermarket exhaust has different is the catalytic converter is gone. The only difference should be the sound, so if you think a straight pipe is loud you might want to either keep the breadbox on with the crt or remove it and keep the stock slip on

You can cut the resonator out and get the link pipe , or get the all system you will like better trust me. My it’s bike has yours but I have the rs and sounds amazing with the full system.
Did you remove all the catalyst stuff that was still left in the headers
today I pulled off the stock rear muffler, and just left the exhaust to end after the breadbox (resonator). It sounds awesome, not to loud but it has a deep grunt. Also cleared up a lot of foot room for your right heel. Highly recommend this way as it also leaves your stock pipes intact for resale
from where to buy link pipe for deleting breadbox? provide the link and details coz i have SC project S1 and it has compatibility issues with lot of link pipes
You really don't need to use and type of tool to tighten the oil filter just be using hand strength
You are not going to want that slip on if you get headers. I made that mistake and bought a small cheap slip on when I put headers on and the bike is unrideable. I also know someone who put a full LeoVince exhaust on theirs with the same style slip on and will not even ride their bike. I ended up getting a Two Brothers S1R so I would actually have somewhat of a muffler to chill it out and get the sound a little more behind me.
In all honesty, I did this exact same modification to my exhaust with the same slip on and it is way too loud and at 30 years old, I’m surprised I’m even even saying that. I’m probably going to invest in some earplugs, but may eventually go back to the stock muffler. Hopefully eBay has some used ones cheap.

There was no noticeable change in performance just sound probably because i kept the catalytic converter in. I do plan on doing a flash this summer so ill be able tell you about it when that happens

Hey m8 could you tell me which quad lock mount this is ? Do you think a iPhone 15 pro max will fit on it without hitting the bike ?
On quadlock page you have spacers and knuckles for the mount. Round $15, makes it taller so it wont hit the tank. The problem is that it doesnt have much room on handlebars so the only spot i found it managable to put it on was next to the left grip. Its tight to put the mount arround it but it fits perfectly
I just bought the new z900 SE and I’m thinking about getting the cs racing full exhaust system that comes out the bottom and the crash cage because it’s my first bike. Lol
