One way to stop lipstick from bleeding... line the lips first with either a lip or eyeliner. Alternatively, just colour the lips with eyeliner. It's seen me through numerous nights out. Just make sure you have a different liner for lips and eyes to prevent eye infections etc.
Now that is information I need to hear! Thank you for that make-up tip. Lip liner guess I am going shopping for some. And yes, I am careful of cross contamination of makeups. Next time I would like to find a blue lipstick. Lately in the third wave, what I have seen is more color on the club scene, specially with these palettes of eyeshadow. What I have is what I only know- black and white. I guess I am stuck in that trad-groove.

Another wonderful tutorial. I am very impressed that you can put eyeliner on with glasses. I’m going to try that, since glasses a necessity these days.
A tip for makeup removal is to invest in an actual makeup remover product. I personally like the pre moistened pads or sheets. The black lipstick and eye makeup comes off completely, then you can shower and wash your face with your favorite cleanser.

I am happy its very stable, meaning no flicking in and outs- the technical stuff of making a video I need a crew to help me I am so analog. I really enjoyed making this, and its so nice to wake up the next day, and read comments, and feel a gathering of folks who wanted to see such things. Yes! Lots and lots of toxic hairspray. And I am quite sure you yourself used some spray while in high school-- Ozone depleting fashion^^

Loved this look for sure. And I don't understand how you manage put on makeup with glasses on! Haha should never get any makeup on me if I tried that. On other hand I almost touch the mirror with my nose 😅

Haha... think some older ladies also helped with hair spray envirement. But theirs did smell old ladies too.
Another method before mousse and wax was also sugar water. And yes, mousse still exist.
My favorite hair spray is Got 2 b.

Sanniz, ah yes the glasses! Up close- I can't see typeface without glasses. My eyes changed at 40. When I was 39 I had 20/20 vision and on my 40th b-day poof! My vision changed. I had eyeliner all over my lens. Maybe I need them contacts? About the World Goth Day video-- great idea!

This year I made my own makeup three times, and they are my only three, too. Before I would only dress and wear Goth jewelry.
Your influence in helping me win my own resistance is undeniable.
Also, Conor & Lynn are indeed a very pleasant Goth couple to follow. Their style is different from mine but I've got a lot to learn from them.
And I enjoy a lot how easily they go around, everywhere in the world, donning their Goth attire.

MoonFlowerFaerie Its the sisters I am entertaining! I was so busy this last month. I would LOVE to do a video each week and be a regular on YT but, alas, I am a full time professor and time is of essence. When I get that lightening bolt of time and opportunity I work on the videos. Loved your tutorial! Awesome. But I have to wonder why you don't get some store brand makeup remover wipes. You'll only spend a couple of minutes, and you'll get it ALL off without scrubbing and scrubbing.
Reflexxuns- Believe it or not after reading this I have to report, I have them now- makeup removing wipes!! I was scrubbing and scrubbbbbbing now I just wipe it away- And thank you for enjoying the latest!!
If you use a liquid lipstick it won't bleed at all :) it dry matte and won't move unless you eat something oily
