@pauly51 Any bike with the fuel tank styled battery on the top support looks good to me. Although this one doesn't have that, the completely filled-in triangle makes up for it.
Why are companies still making 48V batteries at this point. Useless on any hills 6%+. 52V or better for bikes that are not meant to pedal much if at all.

Still zero theft control, there's nothing that pisses you off more then needing to haul a chain lock with you at every stop. A gas motor uses a key to start, Electric starter battery etc ALL EBIKE need this feature too!
This is a good 👉 point, and even though some bikes have very good smart anti-theft systems, people are still able to bypass them. The best security is to keep the bike home or park it in designated parking spots with security or keep it all the time with you.
@ElectricVehicleSpace mine was stolen on Halloween night ,it arrived new September 24th and by October 31 gone. $1000 USD down drain bc I didn't write serial numbers down ,nor put my lock on bike taking nap at a bicycle rest area while charging batteries. Another thing that should be down is buy air tag for 25 bucks. But still the best is to have a ignition key ,one that locks up steering wheel. Not just a key turning battery on/ off. It locked battery in .but still can be set in and stolen if charged ,and even if it's locked in,it still can be charged by buying cheap charger
@lancesudberry209 but this is on you. It could have easily been prevented by you. As you said, an air tag that i have and use is cheap, fast, and easy to install. I only use the air tag when needed, and I still don't leave the bike unattended. It's an expensive, unpleasant lesson but I think this will help protect your next more advanced and more expensive bike. The locking fork and battery keys will not stop NYC thieves.

Some of the welds look cold, pretty weak power, even my $1300 amazon AWD bike kicks that things butt. slowing down going up a little ramp? don't know why they would choose 48v with a battery that size instead of 52, 60, or even 72. It would never make it off road or even on a dirt trail from what I see. thanks for doing the vid.
The power is limited for whatever reason. It can be easily swapped or upgraded. A $1300 bike you bought is cheap for the reasons you know already, and it's not worth upgrading. This with a diy controller or unlocking the existing one will make it a fantastic bike. This is by no means an off-road option.
@@ElectricVehicleSpace Of the dozens of bike I have looked at or ridden, this Qianchice Q8 Pro is one of the best.
