I don’t see the momentum 4 in the conversation a lot and as far as battery and sound they wipe the others. I don’t use em no more I use my app2 but those are something if you like over ears

Maybe because the 1000XM5s are newer and not much different from the 4s
Xm4 is one of the worst headphones I’ve ever heard lmao
So, according to some, the XM4s have both better sound and more stable noise cancelling (the XM5s have AI-assisted adaptive noise-cancelling, which is not always better). It's a matter of taste when it comes to these two features. But more importantly, the XM4s are about half the price of a pair of Beats Studio Pros, so it's also relevant from a price performance perspective.
But arguably the worst thing about the XM5s is that they are so big that for many people, they easily slide off of your head.
The XM4s have continuously been compared to the XM5s exactly because there are a bunch of tradeoffs between them.
I have the q45 and haven’t loved them(love my Q30s though), so I was looking at the xm5 vs the Studio Pro. I ended up going XM5 because even though I’m in the Apple ecosystem I felt like I would be giving up too many features for the $50 difference.

I did the same yesterday lol beats studio pro against xm5s.... hard battle but tbh the pros didn't have enough bass for me and they lack the EQ.
My air pods max broke and apple couldnt fix em after 3 repairs which is why I would go with the xm5s if I had to choose. EQ settings are crazy and it got LDAC.

That’s funny cuz most reviews I’ve seen have said the xm5’s lacked bass lol. It just shows we all hear things differently. I have these Beats Studio pros and the AirPods Max and honestly the only thing the max has over them is SLIGHTLY better sound quality. Wider sound stage and a bit more instrument separation. Considering the beats are currently $169 I could never recommend the AirPods Max for nearly $300 more.
I’ve owned the Sony xm4 before and while they sounded very clean, they didn’t get loud enough or pack enough punch for my taste.

I’m thinking of getting the Sony XM5, I have the AirPod max already and I love them but I never hear anyone talk about how hot they make you so for me personally the AirPod max are inside headphones and seasonal outside headphones also side bar this is off topic and I don’t know if you know who this is but you lowkey look like kimbo slice and you could be related
yea im with floss on this one, studio pro audience more likely for gym use... Ive been using power beats pro since they came out. this might be treat to myself end of summer. hmm

Yea either go for the the Studio Pros or wait for the Max 2s. Theres now better at $500 and below than the Max
I'm sure we will hear something on the Airpods Max 2 soon. When they come out the APM will drop in price for sure so it may be worth holding off a bit.

You should compare them to the Skullcandy crusher anc 2.They have a lot of battery,unique bass feature and almost 150 bucks less

Im returning my anc2’s tomorrow because how garbage they are, they just vibrate your head, it’s not a punchy bass at all, I had the studio 2’s and they were great.(I broke them )
what would you say is best for IOS sound wise? like lossless and spatial audio

Only reason I’m not going for xm5 is coz of Bluetooth ease of connectivity with android and not Apple . And I already have an xm4
I hate the Sony headphones had a horrible experience with them being fragile and getting water damaged from light sweat at the gym. They are supposed to be ipx4 but Sony refuse to fix them because some water got in, which it is. Supposed to be resistant to. I have to be paranoid with my xm5s now. Never again will I buy Sony. Bose only from now on
If it matters, the Beats Studio Pros have been available for a while now for $250 at Amazon, B&H, etc.

I do prefer this type of headset....if you remember the Samsung live earbudd,I was wondering have u seen any other earbuds with the same style and secure fit
As far as open, non isolating earbuds, the Samsung Live and Airpods 3 are the only popular ones I can think of. There are also some options from Anker, Sony, and JBL, but they are budget options, none of them really beat the clarity of the Airpods 3.
@@pspcow thanks......i have the latest earbuds from Samsung but and over the ear as well however I find myself always going back to the Samsung beans, that style and comfort are great, just not loud enough but they are unique
I actually had the studio pro first before getting the XM5. For the price of $179 the studios were nice but I wanted better ANC and the sonys were on sale for $329 so got those. But the ANC was pretty good on the Beats Studio pros and for under $200 I would say they’re better than the Sony at $400.
The thing with Beats is that their tuning has gotten better overtime, but they still lack a good soundstage (Probably due to their shallow earpads and poor seal). Not just that, they STILL don't have a good fit and they STILL feel extremely cheap for their price. Also, the ANC on the Studio Pro I tried in a store once wasn't very good due to how poorly they sealed on my ears. They would have had a chance if only they had more thought put into their design. My Soundcore Life Q35s once set up and EQed properly beat them in pretty much every department, and they're way cheaper.
you know, I just want a pair of headphones that look good on my pretty head and get me dancing..I dont care about hearing every damn string note. When Iam at a club Iam not concern about everyone note coming thru...go studio pro,for us who just want to dance, dance, dance but Ill say the mx5 big ear cups will work in these hot days to scoop up water for a drink ..

@@LocutusOfWarborgOneOfOne Made sure to say 'seem' cause I don't own one but seen a number of reviews on it. Although from what they say, these headphones are really good with just a few hiccups.
They are great actually i tried the xm5 and momentum 4’s and beats have became on par with the too quality sounding headphones they have balanced sound and good audio separation and decent bass

I find it funny how everyone on youtube is too scared to compare the jbl live 660 nc to more expensive headphones bc they know it will blow them out of the water
There are videos on the JBL Live 660 NC, not a priority pair of headphonnes for me to pickup though.

One major factor which is the game changer those other headphones all look like shit beats actually have some style to them
Prefer the q45 over all the others. LDAC, no basscanon and easily to EQ the right way... Sony is awfully tuned, the max is to expensive for what they deliver... So, q45 all the way

Sorry, but beats have always been crap compared to "real" headphones. They are WAY overpriced and just do NOT perform adequately for top notch, highly priced phones. Beats have always been overhyped and Eq is overhyped as well. Made to sell only. Stay away from Beats ppl.

Hit or miss. Their new buds (and the Solo Pros before they were discontinued) are quite competitive. Their older products are not it tho.
Saying they are not real headphones is crazy they are great maybe not to you but people have different opinions

Every other headphones they do get compared to are not top notch either. They are for regular people who do love to listen to music with a few added options. Audiophiles do NOT buy any of these so please spare us your expert talk 😂
