This might sound silly but I’ve done this warmup a few times a week for a few months and it has changed my life. Mobility is miles ahead of where it was and my workouts are better now too. Thanks so much
Im so happy I found you. This is my go-to warm up. Started doing it just once but progressively started to doing it twice. I was very skeptical but mobility has definitely improved, it’s amazing, thank you so much ‼️
Thank you, glad you like this warm up. Bands are great for warm up and addition to KB training. You do want keep your shoulders in good health and mobile. Thanks for watching and your comment 👍
Nice warmup: quick, good variety, hits a lot of body parts. I like the edit, with the preview of what's next, and the built-in timer and audio clue to switch. 👍, Subscribed.
This is a great mobility warm-up routine! I think combining this one with your older 5 mins routine will yield a very well rounded warm-up session! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
There is similar moves, I’m sure you will find what works for you best soon and come up with your own routine that works just great. Thank you my friend
Awesome man, just found this and it looks great, very similar to what I currently do but with some awesome added extras I’m going to implement. Thank you pavel. Love your channel man. And wolverson KB’s are ace arnt they my 16’s and 20’s are from them and I love them.
Hello Pavel. I really enjoy the videos you produce. They truly are a blessing as I begin my Kettlebell journey! I have a question though. I have noticed you seem to prefer competion bells for single hand work, and hardstyle bells for double Kettlebell work. I myself own a Kettlebell kings adjustable competition bell, and I was considering getting a second one for doubles. Should I reconsider and instead invest that budget in pairs of 16 and 20's hardstyle bells for some reason? The price would be about the same either way, and I was wondering if you have any advice on this issue. Thanks in advance.
Hello Kevin. Thank you for your support and comment. I have few kettlebells in my arsenal and use both. There is some pluses and minuses in both. For single hand work, I find competition bell works little better, as all bells same size, snatches and over head work just feel bit nicer. If you have fairly long legs, you will be fine to do double work with 2 comp. bells, if legs are shorter, you might need to change stance to allow more space for 2 chunky KBs... Com. KB is not the best for double handed swing as handle is bit to narrow to squeeze in both hands properly. Hard style bells can be bit easier for 2 KBs Swings, Snatches ect. as usually smaller and easier to squeeze in between legs (so some people find it easier to work with) Think its personal preference. I think KB Kings have quality kettlebells and another adjustable would be good option and will serve you for years, then you dont have to buy again for very long time. Hope that helps
