@@PavelKrotovFit Definitely worth adding to my daily post-workout routine. Complete stretching and mobilization sessions as a separate training unit. In your video I miss a discrete sound signal to change position :) and a 2-3-5 sec delay to change position :)
Love this cause a lot of people never do it I always do this five minutes before my session is something simple like this I put my favourite music on and a stretch to it and again at the end
