Steve's clubs are always a good time, I look forward to visiting this place when it's done.
I was in Pattaya 2 months ago, went to Maggie Mays for the first time. Steven, greeted me a loud "Welcome To Maggie Mays with a big smile!" Extended his arm and shock my hand. That was the warmest welcome I experienced in all of my multiple trips to Pattaya. This will definitely be my first stop on my next trip. Steven is genuinely a very nice guy. Thank for the update Daz!
That sounds amazing and I can't wait to visit. This is going to be nice addition to an already impressive line up of Gents Clubs.
With all the wood work, make it a saloon theme with swing doors 😅 and a piano with can can dancers.
Steve is single handedly setting up great GC venues and not surprisingly he has regular and tourist customers as a result. I don’t think some people here making comments appreciate that he reviews the business case for each venue and knows it takes a few years to get his return on investment (ROI). He will undoubtedly have a ROI working on each venue and compare the actual results to his original forecast.
He would not be building more if his current clubs were not already showing good returns ahead of original forecast.

Google maps has some v interesting photos on how it looked inthe past feb 2019 it looked quite smart. The ferrying of punters between various Maggie Mays like a barcrawl is quite an astute biz plan given the facilites on offer ........count me in
Are you planning to live there in your 70,s80s untill the end?have you made arrangments. I am 62 and afraid of comming there with no planns for my later years when i am less mobile.

It will have the facilities of a nice hotel in Pattaya, pools, bar, atmosphere. If they can get YOUNG women from the local area it will be great. Generally these places have women who are too old.
I would have a beer in a cardboard box, as long as the girls are quality. That's what we are there for :)
I don’t actually want you to do a review on Moonlight Place on Soi Honey because every time you do a review it is sold out lol and i won’t be able to get back in but Peter and May (the owners) are lovely and deserve the advertising your channel brings. Reasonably modern room in the centre of Disney Land with a serviced room including water and electricity for 4250baht per week if you stay for a month. keep up the good work and if you do a review tell May Mark from England ask you to come.

I stay out of videos as for some reason Pattaya bar owners attract a lot of trolls. It's easier to just meet people if they want to see me in Maggie Mays on any Saturday. That cuts out 99% of the abuse lol
@@stacreman Thanks for the Reply Steven. I had a great time at Cat Flaps when I was there in Jan/Feb of this year. It was nice to be able to see the Bar finished. What a beautiful Bar. Im the guy from California that ordered the Shirts from Camel toes and never received them LOL. Best of luck on your new place. I used to go to Maui for the summers and when it got hot we would go to a place called "GLOW PUT" it was an indoor Mini Golf and the balls would glow in the dark as well as the course. It was a great place to beat the heat. Thanks Randy

I love the woodwork inside the main building. Also the waterpark area will need lots of shade.
I think it's a big ask making it turn a dollar, however best of luck with it.
No way would I plough huge amounts of money into a property that i do not own, especially in a foreign country.
Steve obviously has plenty of disposable income.
Interesting project 👍 though I doubt the Thais living across the road will be happy about the loud music outside playing all day
Gents clubs open from 1pm to 9pm. Their customer base is mostly pensioners. There won't be any loud music but even if there was at 30m away you'd need to be playing it at over 90db. That's at a level where the customers would all leave anyway.

Money pit with insufficient customer traffic. Not worth it imo.
Sounds like he doesn't want to put more than $500 into any one aspect of developing it. Good luck with making a nice place on that sort of budget.
I don't mind spending. We put 6.5m into Catflaps. But Pratumnak is a rich area that is always busy. The dark side bars are usually empty unless there is an event. They should also be cheaper than in central Pattaya. If we get all the permissions for the pools I'll try to work out if we can do the entire thing for under 2m baht. I already have most of the furniture and air con's and fridges from another bar we are closing in Treetown. So it's probably doable to a reasonable standard. If you have been to any of my bars you will know the standard of decor is always high.

Ok I’m with the wife in Pattaya now never been in a gents club or any type of bar like that in my life am curious would it be ok to visit Maggie mays or catfaps with the wife or would it be weird my friend says it’s fine loads of couples do it plus on the website there’s free lasagne every Wednesday I love lasagne

It's a nice site but the location,how you going to get people out there no passing trade.Better have on site accomodation, shipping containers and turn it into a resort where people will holiday on site.
It will be added to the Bar Crawl route for the " Pussy Wagons " busses, which he uses to take groups of guys around his several bars

A few locals slipping away from their wives. There aren't very many of those as mentioned in the video. Most dark side bars are very quiet unless there's an event going on. We do however get quite a few people buying tickets for a monthly pool party that is currently run in Pratumnak. Always 20 people on that and sold out very quickly. Which made me wonder about getting a discreet place with a pool rather than use someone else's venue. Plus do them more frequently. If you have ever been to a gents club you'll know that most ladies don't ever go into the pool unless it's an organised party. And I only know of 1 organised party and we run it. We also own 2 large buses which transport people around from central Pattaya and our other 7 gents clubs. This location is about 30 mins away by bus from central. It would need to be special to go all that way but then maybe a pool party is the thing people who go that far for as there aren't really any alternatives.
