I'll start out by saying that like most expats, I had an eye for young eye candy. I actually lived with several of them but things never worked out. I knew a girl who worked in a restaurant. She was quite attractive but although I had propositioned her several times and she would never go out with me. My friends used to laugh at me because I genuinely liked her. They called her Miss No. I would usually talk to her each time I ate there. I asked her why she was still single. She called herself an old maid at 35 years old. and that no Thai man would ever marry her because she had a mind of her own. She had never been married and had no children. That only increased my interest. I had problems with the young eye candy girls with their insane jealousy. I would never want a wife who was a jealous clinging vine type. I liked the idea of a wife who had a mind of her own and told her so. Eventually she did go out with me and more than 20 years later we are still together. YES, she still has a mind of her own and that suits me just fine. She is definitely not a jealous type and I am free to go where and when I want. She is a farm girl and we live in her house upcountry. I still have my Jomtien condo and during her planting and harvesting times, she tells me to go down to Jomtien and stay in my condo until she is finished. I always stayed down there, normally two weeks or so before I went back home.

Actually Thai girls don’t care about age or look as long as they can make some business. That is my observation. To be connected on emotional level to anyone , it requires cultural, historical and interest similarities. age is only one small factor among plenty.

I was in a go go last year. When a good looking, younger man walked in and sat down, all, and I mean all the ladies, rushed him. They fought for his attention. It was very funny to watch. I think he even got a couple of free drinks.
Everything you say Daz is correct. I first moved here in 2003 pre smartphones and Facebook era. It was really amazing! Just moved back 2 years ago, and aside from me getting older, things have changed and not necessarily for the better. But overall, Pattaya is still great, and I still get on Thai Friendly and get a lot of likes from very young beautiful women.
My first time was in 1988 as a 26 yr old. Fell in love with Thailand. Went back many times before marrying a lady from my country. Divorced and on the hunt again, finally ended up in Thailand again. Now older, wiser and Richer lol I found my soul mate, best friend and wife. Yes she's 23 years younger and I "apparently" act younger than her. Life is great when you find the right one, and there are many in Thailand. And any guy looking serious at a relationship with someone under 30 that's 40+, is not that realistic. i have to disagree with you mate even if you are over 50 and want a serious relationship your goal should be a 25 year old 27 tops , you need time if you want to have kids in the future . first a couple of years to really see if you are compatible , then marriage then kids . so if you start dating when she is over 30 it is way to late by the time kids become a discussion . this is not misogyny its biology

I decided to go with a 33 years old that looked 22 that didn't want kids. Everybody's situation will be different but I recommend any guy that's over 40 and still wanting kids, don't. That's just based on my experience of already having 2 great kids.
The way to change this would be for older guys to stop giving girls drinks and tips. Only give them money for a bar fine. Then the girls would need the older guys since the young guys don't have enough money.

Basically, Daz is right. But “older guys,” don’t despair. I'm 64 now and look that old too. My last companion from December, who I will meet again next month, is 20 years old (8 pushing a 9), the predecessors are 21, 22, 24, 26, including Agogo Supermodels. Young and good-looking women are much more selective and harder to get. Nevertheless, with good behavior, friendliness, respect, humor, neat external appearance and the oft-quoted generosity (have good heart/jai dee), there is still a chance of convincing them of you. It's usually not cheap either, as each of them knows their "market value" quite well.
As a young guy, take out the older girls 30-35 once in a while, they have interesting stories to tell and are very happy to show their friends that they still can get young guys.

I'm a 65-year-old men and I look 40 to 50 years old. I noticed because I frequently asked all the tigers that I interact with how old they think I am. They usually will say 40, 45 or 50. Once said I know you're retired so you must be in your 60s but you look 50. I did it by going to a barber shop and cutting the beard off and having the eyebrows trimmed.
I am nearing 50 and some people think I am in my mid-late 30s on a good day, I do put in ALOT of work, much more than I needed as a younger guy, and I stopped smoking and drinking 20 years ago. Mindset/demeneor is also underrated.
Good video and really accurate as far as how 'older' Thai women think. (The ones I've met anyway) .. Nearly all of the women I meet in the 40 and up range (which is my preference mostly - think Kings) see themselves as 'old ladies'. Not all, but many are looking to meet someone who is 'kind', treats them well, will help 'take care' and get them away from a competitive market (All as per your video comments)

I know what you are saying is true. Right now I am working on a young almost 38 yr old dancer who I feel could be a good GF but of course I am not putting all my eggs in one basket. I sing on you tube and dedicate many songs to her and send them her way to see if I can spark a more emotional love interest towards me. It is a totally different approach then most men can do. The part of all this you have to remember is if you are a young, middle age, or even older man, value yourself first. That doesn't mean be conceited or rude, but you yourself have alot to offer that is much more important than intimacy for a price. If you are honest, respectful, and trustworthy, say so and act so. If you are nothing more than a potential business transaction for a ST or sex encounter never be afraid to walk away. Companionship can be a gift that keeps on giving to each other. Not some quickie in a room someplace. You can even give yourself a quickie if you want it that bad. Feels the same and is certainly without a doubt much cheaper. Their problems are not your problems at least not in the early getting to know each other dating stage. Helping someone and being appreciated is so rewarding. Getting used may not be so obvious at first but it eventually shows. It is all in how you really value yourself. Older vs. Younger, more experience plus knowing that, well, honestly, for either of you, how many opportunities in this life will there be? Pretty girls all over the place but you cannot be with all of them. Pretty doesn't always mean good either. Not so good looking doesn't necessarily mean bad either. Taking an older average looking, maybe heavy, or very thin, lady out to dinner, treating her well, those types are more inclined to be appreciative and remember it fondly. Cutey pie girls probably get dozens of the same offers so it might not be as important to them, especially if you don't look like Elvis yourself. Sorry, just some thoughts. Hard to walk away but value yourself, you've earned it.
My uncle met a Thai girl online, he went there a few times. Sometimes that girl didn’t even replied to his messages. She still lives with her family, her dad has cancer and she works in a hospital. My uncle gave much money already for apparently their home. They are like 1 year or something together and their are going to marry soon. My family think that this is a scam.
I guess I am not old enough then. Financial secure, no butterfly, went several times to Isaan, taken care about family and friends and still she wants to go with customers. Glad I figured it out before I married her and now she blames me 😄 The logical thinking of some (or many) Thais is on a high end level.
Correct but now we are in a HYPER HYPERGAMOUS era my good sir. It's the reason ST is more favoured by the girls versus the LT(not to say there isn't those situations) but it's changing to an "in and out" dynamic that is becoming very familiar if you pay attention to trends and fads like Daz mentioned in the video about the advent of the SMARTPHONE which changed all of this for everyone.

I first hit Pattaya in 1993, my brother worked for Lufthansa and he got some free flights in business class so i went with him, I was 23 and had never even heard of Thailand never mind what went on there, I don’t remember too much but it was all beer bars and never even went to walking street!!!!!, stayed at Queens Hotel just off beach road and drank in the cat bar most of the time, very different now. I'm 64 just got back from Pattaya, didn't go to Go Go bars as too expensive but found 9 attractive beer bar girls aged 18,19,21(3) 24,25, 30 and 32. Several were new to Pattaya (maybe they are told to say that). All were ST apart from the 30 year old. Two worked in the senual massage on Soi Baukhaw, two ladies B500, ended up paying B2500 was fun. Always like your videos with the 'boots on the ground' perspective. My experience differs a bit though as I just recently got back and can say I had zero young ladies in agogos say no to me when I inquired about barfine. I'm a guy in good shape in early 50s but look 5-10 years younger than my age so perhaps that partially explains it. The only one I actually ended up barfining had no issues at all going to club Lucifer with me and having a few drinks and dancing for a while. I'm each lady is different and maybe plenty are more reticent to be seen with a very out of shape guy looking his (old) age? Agree with the gent's clubs though, I had never been in any until this last trip and yeah some good looking slightly older ladies that really wanted to be in my company and lavished way more attention on me than any of the agogo girls.
Quite a few! I did a few (gents) club crawls which visit 5 gents clubs over 5-6 hours so hit up a lot around Soi Buakhao area and also quite a few in Pratumnak/Jomtien like Cobra, Cozy Beach, Paradise, and at least one more I forget the name. I actually recommend doing one of the (gents) bar crawls as you meet a lot of other travelers plus each club knows there is a group coming so makes sure they are fully staffed that afternoon/evening. I have tried both, the ones in their 20s and the above 30s too, and my preference quite frankly is the later ones due to their maturity nature and stability in handling an older customer like me. In the end, it boils down merely to what makes you happy and what quality time you expect to receive. In other words, the younger ones are not necessarily a jackpot and after all, it is still a transactional trade. Hence, don't let the age factor worry you. You and your money will always be in control based on your style and choices on how you wish to enjoy.
Three things: 1) Daz is a straight up rabbi, guru, professor, or whatever you want to call him. He knows the Thailand & Pattaya game inside out, and you better listen to him. 2) "Half your age plus 7." That should be your rule about involvement with a woman, no matter where you are in the world. If your 55, your lower bound should be 34-35. Even if Thai girls start to think they're old, don't gas yourself into thinking how a 30 year old is into you like that. 3) This is an important one: DON'T. BRING. YOUR. HEART. TO. PATTAYA. If you don't live there, the chances of getting played are extremely high. Now, if you don't care what happens while you are away, get down. But if do, save yourself the heartache by not even getting involved on an emotional basis until you actually live there.
I've got a long distance Thai gf 😅 and she in isan at the moment but keeps asking to work in Pattaya not sure what to do? Not 100% sure if she genuinely? I think she is but I have my doubts now and again

I just came home from Thailand yesterday, been in Pattaya for a month, and dated a great lady, little younger around my age 44 years old. She was great, showed me around and never ask about money and even paid for little this and that. My initial thought is that she is different from other thai girls, we hold hands and showed affection in public. We had a great time for 2 weeks and she also followed me to Bangkok for my 4 last days in Thailand. She didnt want to follow me to the airport because she didnt want the agony to see me leave, but the day before she altered her plans and followed me and took the train back to her home outside Bangkok. I like her very much and I want to believe she likes me too, we have still contact, but now she is asking about money to pay her bank.... I have read about red signs about thaigirls and money. I havent given her anything, explaining i have my apartment/ interest that i have to pay to the bank also. I still dont know if its still about "love" from her side or is it just money...
this is already starting to change back since less customers come to thailand i think before 2030 they will be back on their best behavior . they mostly go with young guys because they are easier to drain of their money . but that money is drying up as we speak the inflation in the west is really doing a number and thailand as a whole will feel that immensely
to clarify i have heard from so many that used to love thailand as a whole but pattaya in particular that they are not going back until the attitude of the girls changes back the arrogant drink queens have destroyed the atmosphere for the most part and people are sick of it . the free market always wins and since they will have to compete for the first time in decades the attitude will revert back soon enough . they are reaping the benefits for now with the higher wages but when tourists stay away no more pay , attitudes will change rapidly
I think most girls in the 18 to 25 age range are looking to have fun and not for anything long term. But their young partners generally don't have very deep pockets. Those thirty and over want more financial stability which they won't find with younger guys as it takes time to build wealth. But if find the right lady and you check all her boxes don't be surprised to see all her younger guys only rules go right out the window.

You can still get with younger women, you just have to pay more and do things in private. They wont be going out with you in public but honestly that's not the loss it may seem at first.
If you take care of your body, stay fit, healthy and dress well then it’s still possible to get young girls. Most guys don’t bother with health or fitness here.

Anyway, regarding older guys with young girls, my opinion is that girls, anywhere in the world, grow up imagining the young handsome prince sweeping them off their feet, not an old man providing money. Western girls pictured a young handsome western dude and Asian girls pictured being with a young Asian guy. This based on all the TV, store ads etc. they grew up with. Many Asian girls will probably tolerate the older guy but inside will long for the young guy, thus the popularity of host clubs in Asian countries. These girls will act like the older guys chasing them, by dishing out money, cash, cars, clothes and jewelry to the young guys they chase like in your story. If you're the older guy and your young girl is buying your meals, your luxury brand clothes, expensive shoes, jewelry, high end watches and at least a new model SUV, then you're lucky.
Being a frequent Pattaya visitor in my 60s; l prefer Thai women in their 30s and 40s. The go-go girls are fun to look at, but I have no connection with them beyond sexual. I also feel, to your main story, that Thai women like older men because they’re more stable and respectful than the youngsters. I liked the idea of a wife who had a mind of her own and told her so. Eventually she did go out with me and more than 20 years later we are still together. YES, she still has a mind of her own and that suits me just fine. She is definitely not a jealous type and I am free to go where and when I want. She is a farm girl and we live in her house upcountry. I still have my Jomtien condo and during her planting and harvesting times, she tells me to go down to Jomtien and stay in my condo until she is finished. I always stayed down there, normally two weeks or so before I went back home.

Yet, as you mentioned some time ago: many men get divorced or split up with their women from back home, come to Thailand and then get wound up again in the bonds of a new relationship.

Everything you say Daz is correct. I first moved here in 2003 pre smartphones and Facebook era. It was really amazing! Just moved back 2 years ago, and aside from me getting older, things have changed and not necessarily for the better. But overall, Pattaya is still great, and I still get on Thai Friendly and get a lot of likes from very young beautiful women.

Now older, wiser and Richer lol I found my soul mate, best friend and wife. Yes she's 23 years younger and I "apparently" act younger than her. Life is great when you find the right one, and there are many in Thailand. And any guy looking serious at a relationship with someone under 30 that's 40+, is not that realistic. Basically, Daz is right. But “older guys,” don’t despair. I'm 64 now and look that old too. My last companion from December, who I will meet again next month, is 20 years old (8 pushing a 9), the predecessors are 21, 22, 24, 26, including Agogo Supermodels. Young and good-looking women are much more selective and harder to get. Nevertheless, with good behavior, friendliness, respect, humor, neat external appearance and the oft-quoted generosity (have good heart/jai dee), there is still a chance of convincing them of you. It's usually not cheap either, as each of them knows their "market value" quite well.

As a young guy, take out the older girls 30-35 once in a while, they have interesting stories to tell and are very happy to show their friends that they still can get young guys.

I'm a 65-year-old men and I look 40 to 50 years old. I noticed because I frequently asked all the tigers that I interact with how old they think I am. They usually will say 40, 45 or 50. Once said I know you're retired so you must be in your 60s but you look 50. I did it by going to a barber shop and cutting the beard off and having the eyebrows trimmed.

Good video and really accurate as far as how 'older' Thai women think. (The ones I've met anyway) .. Nearly all of the women I meet in the 40 and up range (which is my preference mostly - think Kings) see themselves as 'old ladies'. Not all, but many are looking to meet someone who is 'kind', treats them well, will help 'take care' and get them away from a competitive market (All as per your video comments)

I know what you are saying is true. Right now I am working on a young almost 38 yr old dancer who I feel could be a good GF but of course I am not putting all my eggs in one basket. I sing on you tube and dedicate many songs to her and send them her way to see if I can spark a more emotional love interest towards me. It is a totally different approach then most men can do. Most men are not musicians and cannot do what I do. SO to make a long story shorter wish me luck as I am coming back soon to see her dancing in the club. The part of all this you have to remember is if you are a young, middle age, or even older man, value yourself first. That doesn't mean be conceited or rude, but you yourself have alot to offer that is much more important than intimacy for a price. If you are honest, respectful, and trustworthy, say so and act so. If you are nothing more than a potential business transaction for a ST or sex encounter never be afraid to walk away. Companionship can be a gift that keeps on giving to each other. Not some quickie in a room someplace. You can even give yourself a quickie if you want it that bad. Feels the same and is certainly without a doubt much cheaper. Their problems are not your problems at least not in the early getting to know each other dating stage. Helping someone and being appreciated is so rewarding. Getting used may not be so obvious at first but it eventually shows. It is all in how you really value yourself. Older vs. Younger, more experience plus knowing that, well, honestly, for either of you, how many opportunities in this life will there be? Pretty girls all over the place but you cannot be with all of them. Pretty doesn't always mean good either. Not so good looking doesn't necessarily mean bad either. Taking an older average looking, maybe heavy, or very thin, lady out to dinner, treating her well, those types are more inclined to be appreciative and remember it fondly. Cutey pie girls probably get dozens of the same offers so it might not be as important to them, especially if you don't look like Elvis yourself. Sorry, just some thoughts. Hard to walk away but value yourself, you've earned it.

My uncle met a Thai girl online, he went there a few times. Sometimes that girl didn’t even replied to his messages. She still lives with her family, her dad has cancer and she works in a hospital. My uncle gave much money already for apparently their home. They are like 1 year or something together and their are going to marry soon. My family think that this is a scam.

Correct but now we are in a HYPER HYPERGAMOUS era my good sir. It's the reason ST is more favoured by the girls versus the LT(not to say there isn't those situations) but it's changing to an "in and out" dynamic that is becoming very familiar if you pay attention to trends and fads like Daz mentioned in the video about the advent of the SMARTPHONE which changed all of this for everyone.

I first hit Pattaya in 1993, my brother worked for Lufthansa and he got some free flights in business class so i went with him, I was 23 and had never even heard of Thailand never mind what went on there, I don’t remember too much but it was all beer bars and never even went to walking street!!!!!, stayed at Queens Hotel just off beach road and drank in the cat bar most of the time, very different now.
I do remember it being full of older guys in fact I felt the youngest there, how it’s changed eh

I'm 64 just got back from Pattaya, didn't go to Go Go bars as too expensive but found 9 attractive beer bar girls aged 18,19,21(3) 24,25, 30 and 32. Several were new to Pattaya (maybe they are told to say that). All were ST apart from the 30 year old. Two worked in the senual massage on Soi Baukhaw, two ladies B500, ended up paying B2500 was fun. One bar B400 for room upstairs but B2000 before midnight, B1000 after midnight to leave bar. Went to Soi Baukhaw, six, seven, Thai Friendly and Myth night. Many attractive ladies around. Many only want ST. But I'm fine with that.

I'm heading to Pattaya tomorrow. Currently I'm in Sam Roi Yot. But there's not much to do here. And after a few days I'm going to head back to Bangkok where I met 3 Thai ladies at their bar. Two of them are 30 years old while the other one is 40. They are not 9's to 10s but I really liked hanging out with them. They bought me my drinks and I bought them theirs. Had a fantastic time and can't wait to get back. And one of the 30 year old girls look 20. I had a really good time talking with them about more than just bar stuff and since it was slow in that corner that night they were happy to oblige me. Once a guy came and sat down and right away all three of them went over to him and afterwards I gave them a hard time about it and they all laughed. Of course I was just joking with them because I understand it's just business. But I can't wait to go back.
I've also been speaking to a lot of Thai ladies on Thai friendly. Many of these women have bachelors in masters degrees. But what I would think of as a middle-aged beautiful lady they think of themselves as old.
Since I'm trying to move here I really wouldn't mind finding a couple ladies that I can have some fun with.
But I think I must never forget the fact that it really is a business here.
Oh and by the way I do appreciate your advice. When I walked into the bar they wanted me to buy them all Lady drinks... And I remembered your video saying about that and I told him no I'll buy one or none. They backed off after that for a little while and then I bought them all a drink. Always like your videos with the 'boots on the ground' perspective. My experience differs a bit though as I just recently got back and can say I had zero young ladies in agogos say no to me when I inquired about barfine. I'm a guy in good shape in early 50s but look 5-10 years younger than my age so perhaps that partially explains it. The only one I actually ended up barfining had no issues at all going to club Lucifer with me and having a few drinks and dancing for a while. I'm each lady is different and maybe plenty are more reticent to be seen with a very out of shape guy looking his (old) age?
Agree with the gent's clubs though, I had never been in any until this last trip and yeah some good looking slightly older ladies that really wanted to be in my company and lavished way more attention on me than any of the agogo girls.

Quite a few! I did a few (gents) club crawls which visit 5 gents clubs over 5-6 hours so hit up a lot around Soi Buakhao area and also quite a few in Pratumnak/Jomtien like Cobra, Cozy Beach, Paradise, and at least one more I forget the name. I actually recommend doing one of the (gents) bar crawls as you meet a lot of other travelers plus each club knows there is a group coming so makes sure they are fully staffed that afternoon/evening. I have tried both, the ones in their 20s and the above 30s too, and my preference quite frankly is the later ones due to their maturity nature and stability in handling an older customer like me. In the end, it boils down merely to what makes you happy and what quality time you expect to receive. In other words, the younger ones are not necessarily a jackpot and after all, it is still a transactional trade. Hence, don't let the age factor worry you. You and your money will always be in control based on your style and choices on how you wish to enjoy.
Three things:
1) Daz is a straight up rabbi, guru, professor, or whatever you want to call him. He knows the Thailand & Pattaya game inside out, and you better listen to him.
2) "Half your age plus 7." That should be your rule about involvement with a woman, no matter where you are in the world. If your 55, your lower bound should be 34-35. Even if Thai girls start to think they're old, don't gas yourself into thinking how a 30 year old is into you like that.
3) This is an important one: DON'T. BRING. YOUR. HEART. TO. PATTAYA. If you don't live there, the chances of getting played are extremely high. Now, if you don't care what happens while you are away, get down. But if do, save yourself the heartache by not even getting involved on an emotional basis until you actually live there.
I've got a long distance Thai gf 😅 and she in isan at the moment but keeps asking to work in Pattaya not sure what to do? Not 100% sure if she genuinely? I think she is but I have my doubts now and again

I just came home from Thailand yesterday, been in Pattaya for a month, and dated a great lady, little younger around my age 44 years old. She was great, showed me around and never ask about money and even paid for little this and that. My initial thought is that she is different from other thai girls, we hold hands and showed affection in public. We had a great time for 2 weeks and she also followed me to Bangkok for my 4 last days in Thailand. She didnt want to follow me to the airport because she didnt want the agony to see me leave, but the day before she altered her plans and followed me and took the train back to her home outside Bangkok. I like her very much and I want to believe she likes me too, we have still contact, but now she is asking about money to pay her bank.... I have read about red signs about thaigirls and money. I havent given her anything, explaining i have my apartment/ interest that i have to pay to the bank also.

i think before 2030 they will be back on their best behavior .
they mostly go with young guys because they are easier to drain of their money .
but that money is drying up as we speak the inflation in the west is really doing a number

to clarify i have heard from so many that used to love thailand as a whole
but pattaya in particular that they are not going back until the attitude of the girls changes back
the arrogant drink queens have destroyed the atmosphere for the most part
and people are sick of it .
the free market always wins and since they will have to compete for the first time in decades
the attitude will revert back soon enough .

I think most girls in the 18 to 25 age range are looking to have fun and not for anything long term. But their young partners generally don't have very deep pockets. Those thirty and over want more financial stability which they won't find with younger guys as it takes time to build wealth. But if find the right lady and you check all her boxes don't be surprised to see all her younger guys only rules go right out the window.

Being a frequent Pattaya visitor in my 60s; l prefer Thai women in their 30s and 40s. The go-go girls are fun to look at, but I have no connection with them beyond sexual.
