Yes but it's orginal flavourful of ghee will subside. But cocoa powder can be added...
I remember how my mum used to make 2 in 1 cookies ..same method just add Coco powder in half and li bit ghee to all come together and then half white half brown and form a ball and bake... and eternity of waiting to get it done and cool it down amd then u can taste its heavenly taste... 😂😂

Can we use wheat flour instead of maids? What about salt? Can that be used afterwards?
No, wheat flour will not give the same melt in mouth feel as its coarser than maida .
And buy low-priced salt for gas top baking or just reuse the same salt for further baking or salt roasting nuts ... the salt will turned darker with again and again usage but that's fine its ok to use for baking on gas again and again
And if u r using sand than sieve it and make even grade grain sand bcz unlike salt sand has varied structure from grain to grain, that will lead to uneven heating during baking
So whatever u use just save it and use it again and again

How many.days can we storage sister?
For a week ... without any kind of problm
It's made up of completely dry ingredients and baked so it's self life is pretty long.. even for month in cool dry atmosphere but ghee smell can be altered.
But usually these cookies last longer then 5 days. If every one loves it , it will 'gayab' by day 3
Plz send milk powder name which milk powder we take in recipes
Don't use dairy whitener..usually we get from amulya or everyday from Nestlé.
Use sagar milk powder from amul
Or any other which clearly mentioned skimmed milk powder and not dairy whitener
