I liked all, I am gonna make myself BUUUUUUTTTTTTT How this is instant in 10 minutes the Milk Burfi. You are mixing the milk powder & milk - how long it takes ? Just 1 minutes !!!! Then you have to cook with ghee - How long ?? Last resting in fridge for 1 hour (60 minutes) !!!!! CAN you please tell me how you say milk barfi in 10 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might frying on high heat. Gulab jaman always fry them on low flame
