How would I disable the team if one player joins it with this current rendition if a player joins a team with a player already on it it doesn't know what to do and spawns the character out of the map
You might be in the wrong blueprint and the target of your controller isnt correct so its failing. With the info you provided its impossible to know what the issue is.

The only reason to call 'is local player controller' is if you are NOT on a dedicated server.
I did everything the same as you but "Cast to MyPlayerController" keeps failing pls help
u probably put a space between somewhere, check all "Team1" "Team2" etc and the playerstart-tag!
