And I've discovered years ago that it's a part of the practice that is needed to allow for integration of all parts of you; the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic.
    With journaling, you can begin to uncover the messages your body communicates through symptoms, sensations, and emotions. By questioning long-held beliefs about sickness and health through the daily prompts, you can embark on a journey of Unlearning and relearning new discoveries.
    You can reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and tap into the intelligence that resides within your intuition through guided journaling prompts. These exercises will help you identify the changes needed to restore balance and welcome healing.
