My iPhone 8 dropped so many times that it actually just pops opens so easily now. Thus the reason why it's just chilling in my closet. I have three phones and all still with home button... Yes I know they're "old" but they do what they need to do. I don't particularly see why I should have the latest and greatest phone. It's iPhone, they just work. I have 13 pro max. No svreen protector but Mous case and I've dropped it half a dozen times. No damage on the screen or the phone. Just scuffs on the case. I plan to stick to the 13 pro max, until 19/20 pro max
Recently bought the 15 pro max and battery has been amazing and everything in general especially gaming and watching movies etc overall so far an amazing experience:)

Just got a brand new 15 pro max from a 14 pro max and I really do feel the difference to be honest… the phone is much lighter and convenient to use and hold, type c was a good addition and the action button comes in quite handy when you remap it to “torch”
I need to upgrade from the regular 11. I have the chance to get the 15Pro 70€ cheaper than the regular 16. Most important things to me are the camera and the battery. Would you buy the 16 or the 15Pro?
I bought the iPhone 15 PM in April, and overall the phone is nice, my only complains are the overheating and probably the screen size, it’s a little bit too big for me, and for this 2 reason I’m considering maybe to sell it and buying later the iPhone 16 pro 6.3 inches, i think that size would be perfect, not too big, but not too small like 6.1, but I’m concerned that even the 16 will have some overheating issues, so i really don’t know what to do. What do you think guys, should i do this? Or wait the 17 pro or slim? Maybe it’s overheating because its summer right now, and it’s really hot right now where i live 🤷
There supposed to fix the overheating in the 16, me and you are thinking the same max just a little bit to big for my liking and my hands are not even small.
i bought the iphone 16 rn and after 2 days all i can say is its very mf glossy like youd be surprised by how hard it is to grip on something like a onscreen videogame or sum so id prolly recommend dirtying it a little once u get it cuz 100% it got sensitivity and hella looseness.
Love the video, but I gotta say, I use the flashlight a lot, so the action button for me is wonderful, I hated having to always click on the little corner.
I said to my self , if i buy today's current iphone , i'll wait for the next 5 generations. Since because my attention is always in Gaming speed/graphic qualities. I've seen game developers barely do optimization in mobile versions of it. Nothing much changed , and the price its increasing once again. Crazy market.. My hope is that the 16P will have an improved battery life over the 15P. Currently on the 15PM and the battery is incredible, but as I'm usually at home working or at an office, charging the phone is a non-issue. Upgrading this year since the 15PM will go to my mom to replace her 11 that's pretty much done, but I'm more tempted towards a smaller form factor since I have an iPad and MBP to consume media/work.
Idk the USB C was definitely a big deal for me. Not because I use phone attachments but mainly because everything I use already used USB C. I have one good charger that I can always rely on (it switches Watts by itself to match the device it charges) and I don't need any more cables. Finally future is here. Headphones, earbuds, tablet, phone, Kindle, gamepads, cameras, batteries, powerbanks, mouse, keyboard, even laptop, ALL are charged on one good quality charger and good quality cable. Only one thing needed and no thinking, remembering to pack it, etc. Still I need 2nd cable for a watch, but what can u do 😅
Wait for 16 Iphone series and see what are the differences,l. Then go either for 15 or 16. 14 allready is behind the evolution and 15 also could be better. So, I’d wait.

I heard a lot about iPhone 15 pro overheating, even when NOT CHARGING ... is it still a thing? many people on online forums said it literally burned their hand and some measured temperature and their phones got to over 45 degrees celsius... Im about to upgrade and dont know if i should buy 15 pro or wait for 16 pro. Any advice much appreciated!
When 15 Pro was released, there were reports of it but Apple addressed it apparently. Apps got updated as well. I have 15 Pro since December 2023. To answer your question, no it does not get super hot, it does charge as normal. Make sure you use a charger from UGREEN / Anker or other reputable brands. What iPhone do you have currently? if it's a 12 or older than that, then consider upgrading. Whether you upgrade to 15 Pro or 16 Pro depends on your budget. If you get a great deal on 16 Pro go for 16 Pro. Likewise, if you get a good deal on 15 Pro go for 15 Pro. Hope this helps.

Honestly it’s good. I’m on iOS 18.1 beta and battery life sucks and I STILL make it through the day. So regular iOS 17.6 will give you even better battery life It’s also tougher than the previous ones bc I dropped it face first the other day on CONCRETE and not one ☝🏽 scratch on it. 😅😊. I have a blue one but i wrapped it in matte black w retro Apple logo.

lol yea I’m wondering how these people are getting a 2 day battery. My battery at the end of the day is close to 35-40%. So for me, it’s about 1.5 days if I let the battery go from 100-0%, something which you shouldn’t do unless you are away from a charger. Ideally, I keep my battery between 30-80% because that’s what’s best for longevity, unless of course I’m travelling.

Though 5g reception is not best in my area which will affect battery life, obviously. iOS 17 has been a hot mess. I was getting a day and a half with iOS 16 at 100%battery life. Keep in mind a lot of these channels get apple freebies or wind up on the black list apple ban. So they have to give a positive review. Though two days. lol. No way in heck.

I don’t get heating issues though i am on latest software update and i play heavy games. And my atmosphere is extremely hot.

I have the 15 pro max it has never overheated. It was an issue for some apps before a software update fixed it. Didn’t happen to everyone.
