San Antonio Fishing / Rainbow Trout Season!!!!

One of my favorite fish in the world is the rainbow trout. Commonly known as the cousin of the salmon. Which shows in the fierce fight they put up when hooked to your line. These fish have a army green back with a pink lateral line that pops like an LED light. Black spots spread out along their upper half, and a white belly. Really a beaty of nauture. Being my birthday, I took a solo adventure to the Guadalupe River. Not only did I catch more trout in one day than ever before, but I also hooked my new P.B.
Weighing at a whopping 3 pounds 11 ounces and measuring in at 21 inches. This was a day to remember forever!
