First thing you need to see if its daily drive or not. If its weekends drive go for regular car instead of Hybrid. If its daily drive, go for one. Features and facilities are depends on the budget you have isnt it?

Compare your Chassis number with the range I've given in description. There is a manufacture fault in Oil rings and Piston. Issue is, the oil return holes getting clogged with time. The permanent fix is replacing Pistons and Oil rings, with replacement parts issued by Honda

Dear, I have Honda fit gp1 car , Yom-2013 I'm the officer and use this car for office purpose one day I went to the office and when I return to the home I started the car the car was started and when I accelerate the car was knocked and not move . After I contact the mechanic and scan the car the scan report said 2nd spark plug was defeated . After that we change 8 plugs and clean the injector and rotter body after that I have big issue which is fuel consumption that means it work nearly 10km/l also the petrol indicator properly work that means when I filled full tank petrol indicator not indicate the full position so really I confused and request you to the actual reason for this and what can I do for this? Thank you
I am not qualified to give a proper answer in your situation. However, it is possible the initial problem related to ignition knock was not diagnosed/rectified properly. The best option is, taking car to another qualified mechanic and do a thorough system check, including both IMA and fuel sides.
@@jeevaretnamannanavabarathi6020 I can't tell exactly. But monitor your oil level may be every 100Km for next 500Km. if its continuously drop you have the oil burn issue. Always monitor oil level in the morning before start. fuel economy drop can be related to many different issues.

Appreciate the feedback. Well, GP5 is newer and more feature rich comparing to GP1, and it has more fuel economy. Performance wise, I don't see much of difference. But I've driven both, and I personally like the GP1 for how it look and feel. But If you can, consider the GP4 (RS version of the GP1) as an alternative. I has bigger engine and I assume it will be bit economical than GP1 in ECO mode. However, I has better performance and more sporty look.
Thank you very much.im thinking of buying gp1. How can we check the hibrid battery and millege. Can we get the accurate result by a scan. I have heard some falts are not detected by scan.
To check the battery, you have to take it to proper facility that has testing equipment. A scan will tell only error codes, not the actual fault. It's good to do a scan and see if there are any error messages. But I usually go by the gut feeling. But I ensure Engine check light is not removed, to ensure I am not fall in to a deliberate scam.
@@MrRasun Best way to check it through engine scan. However, Almost every engine has "Check l Light" on, before start (Acc - position) . The it go off automatically after 2, 3 seconds.

Better to check with agents for replacement parts. I dont think, defective parts available in market as genuine replacement parts released by Honda it self, long time ago.
Check the chassis number series in the description. Even with oil burn issue, i will recommend a GP1 over an Aqua in any day. But you have to get it for the right price.

@@happysteele Honda issued, replacement Pistons and rings and One kit. You should be able to find it in NZ. All the best with repair.

My car doesn't have the issue. AFAIK, no need to re-bore the engine.

Thank you very much.im thinking of buying gp1. How can we check the hibrid battery and millege. Can we get the accurate result by a scan. I have heard some falts are not detected by scan.
To check the battery, you have to take it to proper facility that has testing equipment.
A scan will tell only error codes, not the actual fault. It's good to do a scan and see if there are any error messages. But I usually go by the gut feeling. But I ensure Engine check light is not removed, to ensure I am not fall in to a deliberate scam.

@@MrRasun Best way to check it through engine scan. However, Almost every engine has "Check l Light" on, before start (Acc - position) . The it go off automatically after 2, 3 seconds.

From where can we buy correct piston and rings and how we know that it's not the defective one.
Better to check with agents for replacement parts. I dont think, defective parts available in market as genuine replacement parts released by Honda it self, long time ago.

Check the chassis number series in the description. Even with oil burn issue, i will recommend a GP1 over an Aqua in any day. But you have to get it for the right price.
