Not only FINALLY someone with actual fine hair. But girllllll when I tell u I have looked FOREVER and found nothing I am not lying. I watched this video and with defeat from years of trying I said “what the heck, it’s $9 on Amazon for 2. I’ll try it”. OMGGGGGG YOU CHANGED MY LIFE! My hair is like so playable and still luscious and smooth but has that dense texture u need to keep volume. At first it was sticky and I was like “oh crap it’s too much like hair spray” then I round brushed it dry and I almost cried. NEVER in my life have I had hair like I do now. I’m actually exciteddddd to do my hair now. An it also lasts me like 2-3 days. I’m someone who’s showered and washed her hair every day because I’ve tried it all and my hair just goes flat. So again, THANK YOU!!! I’m beyond excited for this and I recommend everyone at least try it. Changed my life no joke. ✨

It makes me always so sad when we girls feel the need to apologize for our natural face and hair. I feel the same way...I feel the need to sometimes apologize for being barefaced. Aaaahh! So I know this video is 5 years old, but I was sold on the products you used in here. They WORK. In fact- you were such an influencer for Garnier that you could find people mentioning you in reviews for the product everywhere! (They should've comped you!) Anyway. As you know... the "ENDS PLUMPER" has been DISCONTINUED. No one has been able to find something that works in the same way. What do you use now? Have you found something comparable? Should you do an updated video on comparable products you use? (Please no dry shampoo lol). Pretty please?😁

I wanted to come back to this video to tell you that i bought both of your Garnier products after seeing this video a couple years ago and they REMAIN my favorite products for my thin fine hair. The only other game changer has been getting Minoxidil on the scalp every day for the last 9 months. Between these things, I finally have a ponytail that’s thicker than the circumference of a pencil! However, you can’t get the ends plumper in the UK and I saw a comment from somebody who said that it had been discontinued. Thank you for this. As a boy, I grew up with traditional short hair. Nobody ever taught me how to take care of my hair, let alone grow it out or style it. Now that I'm older and can do what I want with it, I'm learning all of this stuff from scratch, and growing my hair out has been a chaotic adventure. I went out and bought the products that she recommended, and I was able to achieve similar results (and I have fine AND thin hair; as in, "I pull my hair in a pony tail and you can see my scalp" thin and fair). However, I needed to blow dry my hair; leaving the product in and letting it dry naturally did nothing than make my hair look glued together. I blew dry my hair while brushing a lot, and had to blow dry it completely. There was enough of a difference for people I live with to notice and I got a lot of compliments on it. My hair wasn't as "big" as hers, but it got pretty close. The hair curler was AWESOME. As a noob/amateur with curlers, it was easier to use, and with the products, the curls actually stayed, which never happens without a huge amount of hair spray (and even then it'll straighten within an hour). The hairstyle lasted not only throughout the evening but through sleep and the next day (and still looked great). So with some tweaking, it is possible to get similar results :D

Her hair has hair dye in it as well. That does make a difference. Especially if you dye your hair blonde. It will hold the curls better.

you may be having trouble absorbing b vitamins. you could alternate with a shampoo containing biotin. also supplement with a good b complex vitamin.

Thank you 🙏 I ordered the products you use for volume from Amazon and used them per ur tutorial instructions this AM and WOW what a difference! I was worried that I put too much of the products in my hair but realized I was worrying for nothing! I blew my hair out with my round brush and it looks so good!! Which is Surprising since I also cut my own hair up after watching at least 50 tutorials tutorials on TH-cam as well LOL. I cut many layers and it actually turned out great so between my haircut and your volumizing tutorial my hair looks fabulous and I didn’t even go to a salon! Thank you thank you thank you! You are the best video that i have see about trying to get volume in your hair! I didn't have the exact products you have, so I tried it with Garnier's pixi play the same way you used the mega full. It actually worked well for me, but I have short, fine, heavy, thick hair. (Shoulder length, layered bob.) It's really hard for find a tutorial for fine, thick hair. My curls held and it did add volume. Thank you so much for the tutorial!

I might gonna try this. I always add mouse on my roots on toweldry hair and then I blowdry it with a round brush from roots to ends and I add some taft fullnes boost spray to the roots and blowdry again, this works for me quite well but I still tease some parts and use hairspray which I'm not so fond of doing.
Tying my hair up in a bun when I go to bed and drying my hair with a microfiber towel also helped to keep the quality of my hair, maybe a good tip if you're not doing so already ^^

This is so helpful. I have fine, thin Asian hair and everywhere I see to add volume is high maintenance from a ton of hair products to rollers etc. I just purchased the Remington Pro Curling Wand you suggested and can't wait to go get the two Gardnier products. The direction to curl is also very helpful as I had always been curling towards my face with my sad curling iron. Lol.

I am Asain as well, my hair is thinner than what it once was. Going to try these products and see if they will work for me. I was trying to see the Alcohol level in these but couldn’t find it. I’ll look when I go to the store.
Your hair is already pretty full even without the boost imo, but after the styling, va-VOOM! I actually think some volumized hair is too big (like the funny perms we did in the 80s) but yours came out perfect! Also I love the color, it's so eye-catching and rich. 💗

You can also use cien volume and style shampoo... it works wonders for my hair... I have super thin hair too

Do the products feel sticky after they dry?
They don't feel sticky if I heat dry them. Another trick is to use a micro crimper at the roots of your hair for volume.

Omg i went and boughy this curling wand right after this video and my haur does not hold curl AT ALL. I held this on my hair for not more than 5 seconds and I was soooo shocked. My hair has never had curls so nice before honestly i love this thing so much. It used to take me 3 and a half hours to curl ny hair with my old curling iron and it took me 30 minutes to curl my hair with this thing. Literally am obsessed. I just bought Oribe thickening spray and am about to try. Got amazing reviews. It expensive 39 plus tax but if it works its worth it and i hear it lasts a long time.

@@max-vz8lf NO lol. Below is the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me. I use shampoo that doesn't weigh my hair down and make it too silky like clarifying shampoos. I use bumble and bumble full form mouse and scrunch my hair with a diffuser when I dry it to give it texture. Then I curl my hair the way she does in the video and the MOST important step is Aerogel hairspray with the pink top. Not hie other finishing product for volume they have but the HAIRSPRAY. This hairspray is my secret weapon nothing else has ever worked.

I wish you had actually shown how you finished the hair. The technique you use to go from the freshly curled ringlets to the big volumized look is an essential step.

Ananya Malla I had the same problem as you. I mixed apple cider vinegar with water and also reduced the times I used shampoo to my scalp till my scalp health was better. Sorry I forgot the water:ACV ratio, but I'm sure you can find that in google
Ananya Malla I had the same issues for about two years now so i went to see my doctor and get my blood tested. I was diagnosed with a massive lack of vitamin B12 wich can cause hair loss. I got a few injections since then and it is so much better already :)
