    Congrats Janet on reaching 10,000 subscribers!! I really enjoy your recipes and enjoy that dough hook/ mixer thingamabob (do not remember the correct name of it) that I purchased right away when I saw you use it in the beginning. It’s VERY handy! Your recipes are very tasty and truly low carb!! Thanks again. 👍

    Congratulations!
    I have a question. I like the mixing tool you use in all your videos. What is it called, and where can I get one?
    Thank you for all your delicious recipes!

      You're welcome. The mixing tool is called a Danish whisk. It is a lifesaver! You can purchase it on Amazon using my affiliate link: amzn.to/3DkaVgl

    What oil did you use?

    • @Defensewhiz
      @Defensewhiz 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can use whatever oil you like. The most keto friendly would be avocado, or melted coconut oil

      I used canola oil but that is not keto. I usually use grapeseed oil or coconut oil

    • @JenFine223
      @JenFine223 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen ok but do you usually use avocado oil?

    • @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen
      @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@JenFine223 I have used avocado oil in other recipes but I prefer grapeseed oil when I bake and coconut oil for non baking recipes. They both have a very light neutral flavor. You can use any oil and it will turn out great

    i don't understand the sugar, even if its a fruit sugar, it's still processed, same as the ordinary sugar cane sugar, so this cannot be keto! I was diappointed!

    • @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen
      @JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There is no sugar added in this recipe. The only "fruit" in this recipe is coconut flour. Coconut flour is fibrous so most of the natural sugar in it is absorbed by the body which makes it very low carb.
