Congratulations JANET on 10,000 subscribers… I love your channel because you make the most amazing coconut flour recipes. You also give great detail when you do your voice overs with the videos. Here’s to the next 90,000 to get to your 100K!!!
Congrats Janet on reaching 10,000 subscribers!! I really enjoy your recipes and enjoy that dough hook/ mixer thingamabob (do not remember the correct name of it) that I purchased right away when I saw you use it in the beginning. It’s VERY handy! Your recipes are very tasty and truly low carb!! Thanks again. 👍
Congratulations! I have a question. I like the mixing tool you use in all your videos. What is it called, and where can I get one? Thank you for all your delicious recipes!
@@JenFine223 I have used avocado oil in other recipes but I prefer grapeseed oil when I bake and coconut oil for non baking recipes. They both have a very light neutral flavor. You can use any oil and it will turn out great
i don't understand the sugar, even if its a fruit sugar, it's still processed, same as the ordinary sugar cane sugar, so this cannot be keto! I was diappointed!
There is no sugar added in this recipe. The only "fruit" in this recipe is coconut flour. Coconut flour is fibrous so most of the natural sugar in it is absorbed by the body which makes it very low carb.
Congratulations! You deserve it!! 👍💕
Thank you so much!!
*I love brownies. Thanks Janet* 😍
You're welcome. I had to have a substitute for my mom's brownies 😋

Yes I just posted a 60 second video on how to make a mug cake. You can change the extract to any flavor you want your mug cake to be
what are the net carb count
I added the macros to the written recipe. Each brownie contains 2 net carbs
@@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen thank you. im gonna be making this for me and hubby..looks yummy 😋 😊
What oil did you use?
You can use whatever oil you like. The most keto friendly would be avocado, or melted coconut oil
@@Defensewhiz I know but I was wondering which she used!👍
I used canola oil but that is not keto. I usually use grapeseed oil or coconut oil
@@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen ok but do you usually use avocado oil?
