They could not sell this for 38 million in 2019...now they want 59 million with zero improvements since 2019. The real estate market is a joke.

Yep! It's worth it for $30 million, $59 seems like a ripoff.

They couldn't sell it for $38MM in 2019 so they listed it for $62MM in July 2022. I guess they thought it didn't sell the first time because they were asking too little. . .😂

Nice place, but it's crazy they are asking 59M for this. I live in the general vicinity of this area. a large, newly built property ask around $1500/ft max. I saw about a dozen transactions in that 10-15M range in that last 2 years and they are really competitive product. I don't see how this could ask like 5X the price while being in just a elevated location. This looks like one of those toll brother home in Irvine, just bigger, and 10X the price.

I love the subtleness of this property. A lot of the places you've posted videos more recently are dynamic and amazing, but very over the top or "loud". That's not a bad thing, but I'm happy to see that you find places with different styles. Always want you to spend time on the logistical/support elements of the house - plumbing, heating/cooling systems, etc. but understand that you need to keep the videos to a specific length and that some of that information, depending on how you gain access to a property, may not be readily available to you. Kudos as always for the great work and the awesome tour!

The Villa introduced by Enes is becoming more and more luxurious. This Villa is incredibly beautiful and comfortable!
What impressed me the most is the oversized garage and the luxury cars inside. The owner must be very rich!
There are also advanced solar panels, which can provide power for two days, which is great!

This home was $11 Millions in 2021 when it was built and the land itself worth $127,000 in 10 years back.

Enes listen, I love your videos, I have literaly seen all of them from the very early days on.
By now I have reached a point where the houses all feel soulless. I am exited about details "what an amazing stone", how expensive something looks, how the architect manages to create something cozy.
But by now most of the homes are a sequence of soulless rooms.
I dont know if that is because I have seen so many videos, but I am quite sure that you must be feeling the same.
You must be amazed by the architecture,... but at some point the houses dont stay in your mind, dont touch you.
These houses are houses, not homes. Made for billionaires, who dont spend time there. Who buy the house as an asset.

  • @henryarn
    @henryarn ปีที่แล้ว +2

I really enjoyed this home. Lots of space to breathe. Thank you Enes for the subtle details with the engineering. Its more complex than one would expect. I'm sure the developers really appreciate as from a distance it looks like every other home in the neighborhood so its important for the viewers to understand this. Its obvious you like the Rolls and also obvious Jason likes the Mercedes. The closeups give it away! Good luck on your mental health therapy! Seems like all those incredible weeklong vacation homes you have been staying at are getting to you. Luxury excess is becoming a endemic problem but honestly I love it!! keep in going !!!!

Stunning. Not padded walls, acoustical walls.

Without a doubt one of the nicest houses i have seen on here. Absolutely stunning.

One of the prettiest resort style estates on this channel. It'd would be a pleasure to even lease and stay in one short-term.

Wow! great house...love the explanations, ie the sink! Your background shows..Guys, I know you like to keep videos about 30 minutes but this one had so much art and detail, I feel you zipped over! Slow down a bit! More homes like this beauty!
