I was sold on this house 10 minutes into the video. As you were touring the first floor my eyes kept scanning for the artwork. All I can say is kudos to the team for their choices in art and their placement. The pool is amazing. The masons did an amazing job in the stonework, simply stunning. I like how they unified the whole house together by using the same color on cabinetry throughout the house.

I love the subtleness of this property. A lot of the places you've posted videos more recently are dynamic and amazing, but very over the top or "loud". That's not a bad thing, but I'm happy to see that you find places with different styles. Always want you to spend time on the logistical/support elements of the house - plumbing, heating/cooling systems, etc. but understand that you need to keep the videos to a specific length and that some of that information, depending on how you gain access to a property, may not be readily available to you. Kudos as always for the great work and the awesome tour!

The Villa introduced by Enes is becoming more and more luxurious. This Villa is incredibly beautiful and comfortable! What impressed me the most is the oversized garage and the luxury cars inside. The owner must be very rich! There are also advanced solar panels, which can provide power for two days, which is great! If I could stay there for a day, I would be super happy! Nice place, but it's crazy they are asking 59M for this. I live in the general vicinity of this area. a large, newly built property ask around $1500/ft max. I saw about a dozen transactions in that 10-15M range in that last 2 years and they are really competitive product. I don't see how this could ask like 5X the price while being in just a elevated location. This looks like one of those toll brother home in Irvine, just bigger, and 10X the price.

I am exited about details "what an amazing stone", how expensive something looks, how the architect manages to create something cozy. But by now most of the homes are a sequence of soulless rooms. I dont know if that is because I have seen so many videos, but I am quite sure that you must be feeling the same. You must be amazed by the architecture,... but at some point the houses dont stay in your mind, dont touch you. These houses are houses, not homes. Made for billionaires, who dont spend time there. Who buy the house as an asset.

As a native Californian there are definitely bugs here. It all comes down to location. Coastal cities tend to be on the lesser side of bugs but anywhere there's fresh water like the central valley or the woods of the sierras your gonna get eaten alive by mosquitoes until late fall early winter when its too cold for them to breed.

After doing that, you go inside jump online and see how much money you've lost for the day because of the Joe Biden economy. The fact is this homeowner, has decided to bail, but nobody wants to buy it, Enes drops by to do a video. He and Mike are great at their videos, but they won't be able save this disaster. It was colossal mistake that the homeowner even bought this house in the first place.
This home was filled with bronze sculptures by the artist Sergio Bustamante. I wonder if he was somehow associated / related to the owner or maybe the owner was simply an avid fan and collector. Great episode!

For a $60M house they could have done a better job with the staging. The house is gorgeous but those bland and cold furnitures really drag it downs
this doesn't look like a staged home - at least not fully staged...alot of the art seems like personal selections, including religious icons, etc.
I don't think they would stage a house and put all those random clothes/shoes in the MB closet.
No one in this price range cares, they are putting all their own stuff in there anyways.
@@venom5809 yes they do that’s why home staging specifically cater this segment of real estate, high end. There’s no such thing as staging with basic real estate. No what’s your talking about dude.
@@AB-ol5uz a good realtor should be candid with the owners regarding interior decor and how much it can sway a sell. The same way a average non high end realtor would recommend re doing a kitchen or painting a garage door before putting it on the market to maximize chance of the ideal deal.

As a native Californian there are definitely bugs here. It all comes down to location. Coastal cities tend to be on the lesser side of bugs but anywhere there's fresh water like the central valley or the woods of the sierras your gonna get eaten alive by mosquitoes until late fall early winter when its too cold for them to breed.

I can understand why the prosperity is up for short-term rental. This house does not justify a $59 million price tag. Enes has shown much more specular homes in LA and Malibu for half the price. This owner is dilutional. Good luck on trying to sell this house - you'll need it. You'll be lucky to get $25 million. And what a boring community to live in. The thrill of the day is sitting outside and watching the ocean, a mile away. After doing that, you go inside jump online and see how much money you've lost for the day because of the Joe Biden economy. The fact is this homeowner, has decided to bail, but nobody wants to buy it, Enes drops by to do a video. He and Mike are great at their videos, but they won't be able save this disaster. It was colossal mistake that the homeowner even bought this house in the first place.
