One of the best houses I have seen. Love the fact that the indoor and outdoor kitchens are connected. As it should be. The outdoor space is out of this world.
I’ve watched this video several times and this home is one of my favorites. I like the quiet ambiance and understated decor, which is very calming and inviting. I also like the use of natural tones in both the furniture, floors and walls. It’s a thoughtfully laid out floor plan and the landscaping is just stunning. Another excellent presentation, Enes, and although Mikey couldn’t make it, Dal did an excellent job.

This is probably one of the best I've seen. It's the epitome of a relaxing home full of fresh air and sunlight. And usually a big house looks too cluttered but the open space design of this one makes it very homey. Love your tours! Your channel is my go to for home inspos.
I LOVE this home. The structural features provide all the eye candy one needs, every luxury was included. The furniture takes a back seat to the structure, the openness, the landscaping and gorgeous artwork. (Not padded walls, acoustical or upholstered walls). As always you are the perfect salesman and host for spectacular spaces like this one. 💖

In Bel Air the price probably would be the double for that kinda mansion. But you can never ever get rid of those Ocean views. And the jungle vibe they put in the architecture is so cool 🔥 Reminds me a little bit of the Goldstein Residence
Enes, amazing home! This is what I imagined a Malibu home would look. Only in my dream the aquarium was a bit more massive part of the wall. The common theme of all the homes you show that I like the most is how open they are to the outside and how the inside and outside are designed to seamlessly merge with one another.

That area has no significant bugs during the day and worst case is small moths at night attracted to the lights. Wind comes in off the ocean and blows bugs away from you.
California is a big state and has bugs, but I think this part of California doesnt have a bug problem. I lived not too far from this house and the worst you'd get is moths and mosquitoes in the summer. An aggressive invasive mosquito from Asia has taken over the less aggressive native mosquitoes in the last decade, so the mosquito problem has slowly been getting worse over the years. It used to not be much of a problem.
What a house! Personally, I’d swap all the grey fabrics (sofas, pillows, rugs etc.) to something warmer and more colourful, but the bones are there! Great video and presentation, as always! Maybe 5 seconds of just the view, no narrating or music would have given it a nice extra touch, but that’s just me being very picky! Loved it!
What a beautiful house. Maybe a bit too much leaning on the modern feel for my personal taste, but it's big and still has a cosy and warm feeling to it. And that view of the ocean is just priceless. I would take that anytime before a view of downtown LA. Great vid Enes!

This is one of my favourite properties shown by Enes so far. It ticks a lot of boxes for me. My favourite part of the house is the bar on the ground/1st floor and how this adjoins the inside and and outside areas. Being a Brit, I always appreciate a beer tap and not many properties shown on the channel have this. Was there a walkway leading down to the beech? Dell did a great job of filming, maybe he could get in front of the camera to say hi next time?

The only drawback for me is the primary bedroom taking all the ocean views space at the second floor. If I were to buy this house I would seperate the office with the primary bedroom and would make it (the office) a guest bedroom simply by building a wall between the primary bedroom and it, and connecting it with the bedroom behind it. It sucks if you had this mansion and invited a guest; they would miss out the ocean views. It'd be a crime lol.

Great storytelling as always guys! This home is beautiful. I've always wondered if you can walk from the back of the home down to the beach? I can never tell or do you need a golf cart to drive down? Either way, the home is breathtaking.
It’s a beautiful home. But you cannot walk to the beach from there. You need to cross busy PCH to get down to a beach. It’s been for sale a few years because it’s so far out. It’s officially in Ventura County, whereas Malibu proper is Los Angeles County.
I haven't even watched all of this and I'm in love with this home wow 😍 it's incredible and the price is 👌 this home is better than most of the homes that r triple the price

@@EnesYilmazer sure did if all goes well I plan on moving to Malibu from Ohio to California for the first time in Feb of 2020 my son invited me we had an Airbnb in Venice Beach 80 steps from Venice Beach had a ball we went all over L.A. I have plans to move there soon!!

These modern sterile and cold structures are ok as a short hotel stay. But definitely not my cup of tea for a long time home.
