Serioiusly, I've been following the BB world, training for 45 years since I was a Teenager, ( 80's) and you have potential to be a TOP Mr Olympia contender in my opinion. You're front Double Bi is by far the most insane I've seen in decades. That shot alone is top 5 Mr Olympia. You look flat in competition but that will change. You are a monster with world class shape and symetry. I hope to see you in the top 10 Mr Olympia lineup in a few years.
Hello Justin, nice move with the wide V grip on neutral pull downs, on camera , when you slant backwards, which you do very slightly, you will find that your elbows are landing a tad high, unless that is your goal with this movement and you do not mind
So is this more of a secondary day for both back and legs? How are you working this into your split? Ive always struggled with hinging in a PPL or U/L, with there being too much fatigue carried over between back and leg sessions, so a back/hams day makes alot of sense, just dont know how to go about it while hitting everything frequently enough without sessions interfering with each other.

Sat-shoulders/bis

That hamstring machine is pretty cool. Why dont you put the weight at the top for more tension during the stretch?
I do load them in the stretch quite often, however lately it’s been bothering my knee so I haven’t been.

I wouldn't do hamstrings before deadlifts because you're gonna want all of your leg strength for the deadlifts,I do them after
